Logically you are absolutely right and with that i cannot pick fault And i would tend to agree because whilst i had not boiled it down to actual figures i had come to the same conclusion. Unforutnately the markets do not work on logic but on actuality and expectation in here is where the makets have a problem with Matd. Actuality would indicate that we should be flying by now the level of expecatation is very low as for various bureaucratic blockages are holding this back now. What ever the company says or does right now the markets are not going to believe it until the first oil is pumped and the money iin our bank account. Then i think and only then will the actuality take over from expectation. And yes there is no reason why it not reach 25p and ;possibly more. The question is though a lot o SH have been on here fro a long time and the longer that time goes by the quicker they will want to exit..Hopefully others will come in and take over the mantel.

This is now a wonderful peaceful BB. It is amazing what the filter button achieves. There are very few people that i filter because i want to hear all sides of the argument but when they are only interested in one side or arguing logically then i will take my solace and filter. Who i have filtered will remain with me as not to give them even more credence.

If PG literally meant the re rate would be over night. Then the only way i would see this being possible would be to announce the find at the same time and the deal and also a SD.

I would agree that price sensitive information needs to be forwarded on to us SH immediately. But it is only price sensitive once it is in public hands. If it is just known to PG and LB and they are not leaking it then i am not sure it would be price sensitive.

Mind you if the share suddenly started to jump up before the news came out then there might be an inquiry as to any inside knowledge known.

If we are successful my feeling is that we will not hear anything until this is signed sealed and delivered with AG. PG is, i get the feeling, fed up with the markets marking down every bit of positive news and more to the point of allowing those who trade this share a let in at too low a price that he will want the price pre determined as possible so Gas flowing, CNG sale and very possibly a one off special dividend almost on one RNS would not surprise me. As far as i can tell that would have to re rate the SP almost immediately..

Really this is silly we have half a dozen buys this mornng of nothing much ie just over 100k shares and yet the SP has dropped half a percent. Crazy.

I have found that what CEG say and what CEG do are very different. They had great intentions with T& T but then all the money ran out thown down a big hole near the Bahamas. They then tried to partner with someone else ie us but found an astute CEO in PG who was not prepared to fund an operation with our know how so that someone else could get 50% and worked out that in time they would have to or be forced into selling. As Keith point out that could be good for us. How profitable it all is under 100% ownership i do not know. Is it a massive money spinner i doubt it but it could well be a safe one in the right hands.

On thinking about it i do not think these shares are going to appear on the market any time soon. there are not very many of them ie 5m so would not be surprised if they are Directors and or senior executives bonus shares so they will stay in their back pockets until either their tax bill is due or the next tax year. to keep the tax payment date long.

i would not be surprised if these warrants were given years ago. the discount on current rice is ridiculous and would not be surprised if they were given some years ago when the sp was 5p ie 50% discount and not 75%r diso****. but this is a good sign in my view. i do not think we are des;perate for 300k that we would asked them to do this. i think they have been tipped the wink that we on to something big ( call it what you like pillow talk / insider trading) i really do not care i am sure it happens all the time and is something that is never going to go away and just stamp down on te obvious excesses but 5m shares is a pebble in the ocean. this should be a small ripple and swallowed up quickly.

my view is sj is on its way and will arrive early july about a month late but better late than never and i would not be surprised if alternate machine is already on site and working. the real give away will be when the directors options are taken up. then this will explode. gla

Infuriating as this is especially for us LTH i think the churn will not take that long and yes the exit price will now be 50% less because that is what the shares in issue has increased by. I think the move to the larger shareholders is beginning all be it very quietly. The much larger holders will come in later on when everything is sorted and finalised. During the last week i noticed what i feel is that start of a proper raise in that the average number of shares per transaction has gone up significantly and i think just the beginning.

I am not sure if this has been asked and answered so i apologize if it has this alternative rig we are sourcing whilst we wait for SVR101 which by the sounds of it is going every where except to our part of Morocco. Some while ago i wondered why there was not another rig seeing how much in demand it respects. I would have thought it would have a twin somewhere.

Is our alternative rig that twin is it a make do whilst we wait for the real mccoy to arrive . PG has not said anything from i can tell around this rig does any one know anything about an alternate rig can it sand jet. Basically i want to know that we are not just falling back on cheap option to satisfy the demand on here for some action.

What is the rig and where has it been before and what is its success rate in doing the job it was asked for. Is it a proper alternate or just a poor substitute .

Maybe i am wrong but i have always had the impression that PG wants to monetize Ireland as quickly as possible and move on from what sounds like a long and fairly tortuous journey. It will not be at the full price but it should be a decent one. The important thing is we should not have to spend a penny more on it and concentrate our efforts in proving up Mou 3 and 5.

I am not sure that when Vermillion (if it is them) start the drill bit is really relevant here. they will pay us a lump of money i believe and that would immediately booster the share price and maybe even a small special dividend.

the main problem i think is the danger of changing Energy Ministers especially Green Ministers. They will come in with the same ideology and will need to be re-educated that the JCR debating room does not work the same way in real life.. If Ryan goes, change the coalition partner and move on to another party and then maybe we will get some pragmatism. Or keep Ryan and let us start working on him more closely to start acting on what he has learnt about the shortage of gas etc.

I am not certain that Ryan going is totally good news. Change is not always a good thing. I remain cautiously optimistic on this one.
