Totally agree Price Sensitive information needs to given to Shareholders promptly but what is price sensitive or rather when is it price sensitive. If the news is kept tightly under wraps by Paul and Lonny and not leaked it is not therefore price sensiitive and no one is gaining from it. The minute there ts a big buy and nothig has been issued then you would have to release the info and it would be too late. As regards talking to parties the company has already decleared it is talking to AG and have a signed MoU on this so i do not think this needs to be declared again.

Now whether you like it or not or even agree with it PG and Lonny are wanting to keep this news quier untel the complete picuture is known the value is almost defined to stop the traders making any more of this than they already are. This is now not our argument but a personal feud between PG and athe MM's . There is going to be no chance to de risk at 25p 50p etc. It is either £2.50 or 2.5p it is going something as stark as that. My money (subject to it not being ruined tomorrow) is for £2.50p plus.

What is it about this share that attracts more than its share of attention from the Troll. I have been on a few BB's but not one quite like this one we seem to have one troll for every three or four posters, Everytime one vanishes another appears. almost by magic.

I have been out all day in the boiling sun trying to ;play some golf so it is very possible the sun may have gone to my head.

First of all we have TCF's and now we have VUGS. Msut admit i had to look it up and read KO again. First thought was that this was some kind of weird April Fool but no i gather it is very real and by sounds of it really ;possible.

So i am sitting here wondering do i practice my 1 -10 times table or my 10 - 20 times table or even the 100 times table. So i sat down and then had a cold shower and decided the 100 times table could wait.

And by the way i had three hole in ones and saw several pigs fly by.

I make no claims to having a great knowledge of this industry although once many years ago i went for an interview with LASMO and i think that in itself explains how many years ago that was. Just as an after thought I only have one person on filter and notice a complete absence of green boxes. Not complaining though always like to see a lack of green boxes.

Sandjet rigless testing PROGRAMME has commenced back on or around the 6th June. The rig as we know from various sources was being used elsewhere at that that time but PG knew enough to know it was coming when finished where ever that may have been. So the five weeks starts from whenever that was and we do not know for sure when that was.

Now after the furore on here last November when we were told testing was beginning and found that it had not i do not think PG is so stupid as to try that one again. So for me testing began probably sometime mid to late June so the five weeks may only just be up now.

Just have a bit of patience the gas is not going anywhere and by the looks of it nor is the SP for the time being at least. Personally i believe the gas is there and we will access it and get it to flow and with that a re rate in this SP to at least 50p per share and maybe with a bit of luck north of £1 before we hit Mou 5.

At the moment i am not too concerned. My thinking of the timing of information and results is as follows.

IF we had turned no flows or the gas had mysteriously vanished or was just hot air we would have heard two weeks ago

If we had turned up small flows but not sure how viable or might have been non commercial. I think we would have heard last week.

If we have a decent find and reasonable flow test rates etc then i would expect to get news this week.

HOWEVER

If we we good flow test rates at the top of expectations and everything has turned up pretty well as expected or in excess of expectations then it would or could take time to identify and notify all parties in this case i would assume the King of Morocco and ONHYM and of course Africa Gas. I think PG would want all the loose end of this tied up as best as possible before any announcement so as to make sure the share price is driven by known knowledge than market guess work.

I think PG wants to avoid other companies scenarios where SP jumps a massive amount then plummets back an almost equally large amount leaving those very close the market to make an absolute killing the long term holders suffer again. This will be different because dare i say it this is becoming personal between PG and the MM's. So i am not expecting this to conform to any sense of normality. IMO and this purely just My Opinion we will not here until next week or i hope not but i am also mindful of the late Friday afternoon RNS's. GLA our time is coming very soon. After all this time what is 7 or 8 Days.

Let me be clear that i think i know what Lonny is trying to say but this seems badly written and because of that just a tad confusing.

To me it is either "With little doubt" or "without doubt" but really do not understand "without little doubt". Fortunately it is a private post otherwise i might be thinking it is indicative of the poor comms that the company has reputation for. Just hoping the new PR company will continue to improve this.

My thinking is that RNS at earliest next week Tuesday or Wednesday other wise i would sincerely hope the week after at latest. After that i start to get twitchy.

I was not thinking he was talking to investors any way i hope not. But ONHYM need to be informed fully and then the remaining talks with AG because of the CNG contract and the excess. Then i think we come after all of that hopefully with a bit more than we have found gas etc. I would interested to know if they found any oil or would that come later on.

Yes that is possible but then PG i think has made it clear that he expects the next announcement would completely re rate this share. So for PG an announcement like you have suggested would not be a once and for all announcement because there would be more to follow. PG wants to monetize this deal and i think and i hope wants to monetize it for us

I think an RNS tomorrow would be potentially disastrous for the SP. What can it say.

1) Sorry but we have not started testing despite what the last RNS said.

2) We have tested and we have failed completely and utterly.

3) We have tested but do not know what we have because we have had no time to appraise and analyse it yet.

Any one of those these options would cause this share to drop the last one should at least only be temporary. If it is any of the first two then we and all other potential shareholders need to know to save them investing in a dud. However if it is the third lets leave till all results have been collated and appraised and if deals need to be signed then get them signed.

As regards poor comms i am prepared to give PG the benefit of the doubt in that the last RNS was clear and concise and easy to understand and follow. So the new PR outfit have started off well and personally i am prepared to give PG and Lonny for the benefit of the doubt on this as the last RNS was significantly better than those gone before.

£1 party love the idea but at the moment i would be delighted with a 10p party. If all we are going to do is two wells then i would suggest 10p maybe it for at least the time being.

Yes the five week is up and giving a week either way i would say that end of next week should be it. Then it is a question of how long it takes to analyse everything and hopefully work out the best strategy. Personally i do not want quick results and i do not want to see a RNS on a Friday (at any time ) that almost always signals bad news. Personally i favour Tuesday or Wednesday RNS they just seem to have better news. I would say the longer we wait the better the news and would hope it all comes in one very nice package with a pink bow around it int he shape of a Special Dvidend would do me very nicely thank you.

If we get an RNS on Monday or Tuesday morning then the presentation should just light the fuse paper for this share to go off big time.

If however there is no RNS then it will be all hype and hot air with very little substance and this share dare i say it would plummet. So my guess is RNS on Tuesday morning and share could close at 10p on Tuesday evening. It could do that much that quickly after the right RNS and presentation.

No ~RNS the presentation will not be worth the paper it is written on to para phrase Sam Goldwyn.

As ever AV a deliberate use of the wrong word. Delays implies deliberate confuscation and i would say that it was deliberate but to try and protect the LTH from what PG believes is the deliberate understatement of the share price. I believe he is after one big re rate that will protect the long term holders and prevent the short term traders making a big profit in a very short time. IE He wants to turn the tables on the Traders. Time will tell if he succeeds.

June 6th RNS

"The early stages of the Sandjet rigless testing programme have commenced with the arrival of some well services equipment at the MOU-3 well site and the preparation of the well for re-entry and perforating.

Extensive operations at MOU-3 are anticipated to last for at least five weeks before moving to the next well in the Sandjet testing programme."

To me this would imply that it has started around the time of this RNS so if that is right 5 week period indicated would be over around the 13th July or there abouts. Results i would hope by end of month. In theory we are a month into testing so if results were bad yesterday Friday would have been an ideal time to put out the RNS.

Very similar to what i was thinking. If you have bad news you hide it as best as possible. Quietly optimistic as this end.
