I would hope that AG have been kept fully informed and in the loop so should imagine that the agreement can be rolled over easily enough. After they are not forking out any money till it flows commercially so no skin off their nose.

I am hoping that this will lead to news soon because if we are going to sit on our haunches for the next several weeks i would ask why do the raise now. My suspicion is something is going to come through. But unfortunately think it writes off the improved plans for TT otherwise why the raise for it. Mind you been wrong here many time before.

Hoping swabbing equipment turns up soon.

PG you are really going to need to start pulling a rabbit out of the hat fairly shortly.

Is this a fund raise or a top up of funds. Depends on how you read this. It looks and sounds like End Money rather than the front up money. However it is still a risk and i reckon the overhang from this placement will be around for some time until we get some news but it definitely adds fuel to the fire for the Trolls as if they have not got enough. I will admit that the risk factor has just grown slightly (maybe a bit more than slightly) .

Why £25000 to close out a farm out.

I would strongly suggest that those without the stomach for this get out now and those who want to see this through stay with it but if it goes betty up it is going to be nasty. It will move the total shareholding if anything comes through closer to the 700m shares rather than the 650m which most of my calculations had been based around. I would not be at all surprised if there was not another top up to come further down the line. Hope i am wrong at the moment i struggling to understand where PG is coming from. Although parts are becoming clearer.

Vox broacast and not an RNS starts to become more obvious.

RNS a few days back re total shareholding. The number had already been notified in an RNS only a few weeks earlier after shares to advisers.

However if this comes good it will dwarf all these numbers.

I would not dare to comment but i would tend to agree with you.

Trolls are quiet job done price been pushed down and now their paymasters have bought back in. Give it a few days and they will start to ramp their shares. Wait for the shares to reach 9-9.5p and then sell. And then rinse and repeat.

I think it depends on your time value of money. At the moment the answer is obviously not as SP has slipped. But if this share starts to come good in the second quarter of next year almost any DCF factor i put on my investment for the time spend will be positive. So i am sticking with my belief.

There is a substantial difference of opinion on the % COS on Mou 5 and i am wondering if the difference is down to what is expected to be found rather than the fact anything will be found.

so my thinking is that PG reckons there is a 50% chance of hitting the 5.916 TCF where the 12% maybe referring to us hitting the full "Home Run" to use an American term.

I just hope the odds are a lot better than 12% and far closer to the 50% estimated by Paul. Time will tell.

Could someone who knows, rather than someone guessing, how long does it take to swab a well and how many goes does it normally take to clear out the rubbish so speak. someone on here as suggested we will no know results till end of first quarter. The only reason i can see it taking that long is ONHYM cannot release the equipment, ]

Which leads to the next question if the equipment they have is just being used on old Wells. If that is the case why are they (ONHYM) not busting a gut to let us use the equipment to get the gas moving which we is there.

Thirdly how often does swabbing work

Ok so when we do get the swabbing unit when ONHYM decide they can spare it ( would have thought if there was gas there and it was flowing (albeit in a lmitied manner) they would be keen to let us have the unit) how long would it take to swab is this a quick few days and then on to next well for is this another several weeks of waiting. I am hoping that this time PG rather than keeping us the dark will let us know the news.

It does not appear that Mou 5 is likely to cost a great deal as it should be a straight forward drill or as straight forward as drill testing can be. So assuming they need to raise 2-3m let us 3.6m to cover the downside and incidentals at a price of 9p that would be another 40m shares. Yes 40m shares if we are only left with nothing would be a lot of shares but 40m when the upside is 5.916tcf of gas not to mention the possibility of a whole lot He where one can almost name your own price i do not think is going to put many of the investors on here.

that is not a concern for me as the 40m shares will get lost in the roundings of the share price in pennies ulitimately. The main conern the odds of striking Mou 5 to a certain degree depends on what happens with Mou 4. So would be nice to have those results before we go in. Personally i am in now and prepared to wait but must admit i would like to know results before we dive into Mou 5 and more pertinently what they are if we need a raise first.

I would tend to agree that this is not any longer a simple O&G company trying to find some oil or gas but one that has to re quote Paul "so much gas we would not know what to do with it". Ok may be a slight exageration but i think the point is this is now with ONHYM and they are pulling the strings at one end and when you are a guest in that country i would not suggest you start upsetting the cart. Would not be wise.

It could also be that there is alot of gas and discussions are going ahead on two fronts one with AG and the other with a major (just conjecture).

Personally i have always felt we made a wrong choice for a Non Exec Director or chairman. Another scientist from a another small O&G business we did not need we needed someone more used to the financials corridors of the big banks and major industry board room tables. If we were looking for another COO or CEO then yes would probably agree.

The danger is that now we have a company that is getting too big for PG to handle and we do not have the right kind of gravitas on our board to handle it.

We now just have wait this out till Paul and ONHYM come to an agreement that this is a a major discovery and PG tries to carry on negotiations on two fronts possibly at the same time.

We are now 2.5 months into a 5.5 week drill with no news on Mou 3 just excitement in Mou 5 and a whole lot of He. That is just tinsel dust to pave the route but PG seemed to promise to have this share de-risked before we went into Mou 5 and i for one am hopeful that this will be the case.

If the intention is to start testing Mou 5 ist Qtr 2025 then hopefully we should have fully clarified before xmas. So i am rather hoping we will have some news around the turn of the month when we would be very close the 3 month mark. GLA i have a feeling this should be big but i have no evidence to support that other than this delay.

It would be funny if so many people had not lost money through this. That just makes me mad that people like this are allowed to get away with it.

I doubt if it was one of the consultants as those shares were issued at 9.25p so would have been issued share equivalent of job quote in shares at 9.25p This block of shares was sold at 8.70p that is just over .05p per share one hell of a reduction on their normal fee unless they know something. If they do then we should ahve had a 17.00 hours RNS or one tomorrow morning. If that does not arrive then breath deeply because the game would still be on.

Not a contradiction at all. You can have all the zO&G in the world but pointless if you cannot get it to flow.

If anyone is measuring the company by its share price they are wrong. The Share price is what anyone is prepared to pay for the share at that point in time.

The measurement that any CEO would bench mark himself with is the value of the company and the market capitalization of the business. If the value of the business is greater than the market capitalization then there could be a buy out or aggressive takeover however if the other way round then not too much of a problem. The market will revalue it self.

So what about the dilution of the shares. Again as been pointed out by other people on here as long as the dilution is accretive then there is not a problem as far as the Directors are concerned.

The problem then lies with the investor if he chose to buy in just before a major placement he is in the sh%t if he has bought in after the placement then he is fine.

If you are a trader i do not have a problem with that good luck to you and wish i could do the same . What i do have a problem with are those who try to talk a SP down so that they can buy back in and alternatively try to talk the SP up so they can then sell and rinse and repeat.

There is one way that this issue could be resolved once and for all and that is to charge stamp duty on all the purchases as you would for a major company. Then the SP would have to move significantly in order for any one to be able to trade the shares Just my thoughts.
