Already being reporting that Trump is possibly looking to scrap the rest of world tariffs and he hasn't yet made a final decision.

Its not the market, the div was 4.66p, which is 4.66p per share taken out of the business so the value/sp reacts to that.

it has fallen a little more than that, but considering almost everything was red today and other house builders have fallen, its done remarkably well.

Considering that this fell to 463 and is now 474, its bounced rather well

short some stocks, put tarrifs on something, watch it plummet, cash out, reverse the tarrifs or give a month pause, watch it rise, rinse and repeat.

look at how ridiculous the cananda thing was, normal steels tarrifs, then 200%, then backtracked. he'll change his mind, or annouce a stay of execution in a few days time as the date drawers near.
