Yeah, we're in for long term pain here, but if we can reduce debt by 250mil, and with the increase in fares, and the reductions in NASB leases and capex, we should ahve a good trajectory going forward, but how long will it take.

Which paying off the leases already counts as debt from the way i read it in the RNS? which means the 385mil can still reduce the net debt

Also, dont forget the new £3 single far cap in the uk was only introduced 1st jan'25, so won't feel the full effect of that increase yet.

In fairness, you can see why they wanted to offload it, 200mil over 3 years, for a revenue of just 9-11mil a year. its unsustainable, is this were so much of the debt has come from?

this will likely take another 3-5 years for it to balance out and NAV to start to climb again.
