Yes, it ipo'ed as GILD for 8.5p or similar. went bust end of last year, the company got bought by CASS for the LSE entry as a shell company, which they are now turning into ALRT.

the previous posters who are banging on about no accoutns, they went bust, they have no money, they are debt laden was all GILD. that company is gone. this is a new comapny just using the LSE listing, which is why GILD survivied for so long afterwards.

I guess the red tape to get a new LSE lsiting takes a lot of time, so its easier to buy one from a dead company (as long as the debt wasnt too great)

Tbh, there is no cash, these guys bought it and the debt from their own pockets, then in a hope to raise cash from investment + gov. 2 mil in liabilities, basically covered already on the SP rocket

these are prob the smaller trading platforms that buy/sell at market best. something like T212 may buy 1000 at xxx but the next 200 at yyy and the last 10 at zzz. which then show up as a tiny trade.
