I wouldn't be surprised if we see a massive sell off down to near 5k levels at some point, it's a pretty dire situation out there at the moment and something has to give. This is when we will likely see Gold spike as people run for safe havens though so could be good here imho.

Indeed, doesn't make very good reading at all, this bit particularly concerns me :

He did say "that old chestnut", it was when the commentator mentioned directors buying shares as being a question from the chat boards.

Totally agree Sharetrader, as a relatively new investor this has put me off somewhat and I certainly won't be investing more just yet.

It was more the language used than what he said. If the directors purchase hundreds of thousands I will be more than happy.

Really I wasn't impressed by his response to that, "don't expect me to mop up shares" isn't a term that fills me with confidence

This is an OTC so I would not trust the prices here, the volume for this rise was a massive 890 shares, so less than 250USD traded. The other main listing is on Toronto I believe where yesterday closed at $0.2

It's amazing how often this comes up on every board. Each trade has a buyer and seller it is reported as a buy or sell depending on if it is closer to the bid price or ask price. Its that simple.

Have a few AMC but if I was talking something to buy at the moment I would say OMI is the best bet on AIM for now, similar MarketCap to AMC with some great grades already (5 drills turning) and a free carry on their project with 2 of the biggest gold producers on the planet. Always DYOR

Seen some huge volume and look at the trades at end of day, this uncrossed at 0.255, wouldn't be surprised to see this fly on Monday, equally wouldn't be surprised if it's back to 0.15. You take your chances!

Rubbish, buy sell is all the same, every trade has a buyer and a seller. The key is to watch volume and price direction this will show the way, and at the moment we have high volumes and a share price moving upwards, all good. For now

Here's a theory, IG know they can just smash the price down and take out all there spreadbet punters hovering up their shares on the cheap and filling the buy orders also. Love a conspiracy :O)
