Indeed but with revenue numbers AUD 253mln for the quarter it still doesn't math, equates to revenue of roughly 0.5bln GBP for the year. Times your 29 would give a market cap of 14.5BLN GBP? If you just showed your calculations it would avoid confusion or is there a reason you do not want to do this?

Taken from March report - Qaurterly revenue of A$458m. ANnualised = 1,832,000,000 AUD = Gives rough annual GBP revenue of £880mln so with your 29 times earning this would equal a market cap of 25bln? Your math aint mathing

I think he was saying the price at consolidation would be 12.5? Therefore *20 equals an after consolidation price of £2.50?

Yes, in reality from once it is completed I expect ASX price to lead the way and when AIM opens each day it will open at or around where it closed on ASX, you would then expect it to open on ASX the next day around where it closes on AIM if that makes sense?

No for now the plan is for the primary listing to be ASX with the new parent company being Australian, with a secondary listing remaining on AIM.

I heard this, was not SD but the other chap who talked about the ASX listing who said this I believe.
