Yes and no, I did take a look at this, there is clearly current value in WeCap holding of WeShop. However WeShop has a very small free float with very limited numbers trading each day on Nasdaq, this creates an issue in how WeCap could sell a large amount of WeSHop without decimating the SP. I think you cannot consider the WeSHop price as fair value at the minute as with the lack of available shares it can become extremely overvalued or undervalued on small volumes trading.
