I thought he meant liquidity in terms of all the current shares are on AIM not ASX so for the dual listing they need a way to facilitate more availability on ASX, this can initially be achieved by a placing for no more than 2.5% which will be placed on ASX and then with general market flow shares being sold from AIM onto ASX. Just my take on it.

Don't be naive, the recent spike up was allowing this "Insti" investor to forward sell so they make their money at the expense of us PI's. All IMHO

Surely Dual is only bad if the listing in AUS is at a discount to the share price? If it is at the current price or a premium surely however many shares are sold = additional cash for GGP of the equivalent and in turn should increase the market cap by the same amount thus not having a negative effect? I understand the concerns that the price is held back so that AUS investors effectively get in on the cheap but not sure what can be done about this? I also thing cross listing would be preferable particularly as it now does not seem that we should need extra funding with the cash that should now roll in on a monthly basis!
