A very sad and deluded individual whose basic mathematical skills seem non-existant.

How he ever found EUA in the first place beggars belief if you had his mathematical brain!

Working from his sums, why DID he invest in the first place!

Paying over the odds for the stock that he perceives has so little intrinsic asset value!

Wow, his investing skills are second to none, to invest in an over-priced stock! his personal ... valuation?

I know someone who topped up this morning, spending £65,306.92 to purchase 244,138 EUA shares for 26.75 each!

Needless to say, the transaction was recorded as a 'Sell'

When you are aware and know this, you don't worry about the current indicative share price:-)

One day soon EUA's share price will hopefully reflect its true value!

The clowns are certainly active during the weekend and you can see why the real long term holders just take a back seat and shy away!

We have already decided EUA is a great investment and already taken our large positions, and with only a couple of weeks left until we glean some more great info, not bothered in the slightest with the naysaying uninvested trolls!

We know they have just missed the boat with EUA, and are just clutching at wet straws in trying to think up 'anything' that could instil some doubt!

Sorry, it won't work, 'WE' did our research over a year ago!

All you have, and can fire at us are, BLANKS!

The more you try to unsettle us, the more resolve we have in knowing 'WE' made the right choice to invest in little old EUA!

You are referring to the coal miners strike and Arther Scargill early 70s where they would turn the electricity off! and we would be using oil lamps and candles.

Being an enterprising young man at the time I solved our power generation problem using the engine off dads new Suffolk Colt lawnmower to drive an old car dynamo and strung a lovely row of 12v 10w bulbs around the house, it worked perfectly, a tad noisy with the engine constantly running driving the fan belt to the 12v dynamo lashed to the red metal handles, all this charged the 12v car battery I had purloined, dad was pleased at first when I demonstrated you just had to switch them on!

After a while when the lamps started to dim and dad enquired, did I just charge the battery earlier on when the electricity was on, I said oh no dad we can recharge the batteries when we like and went and started the lawnmower in the shed.

Dad, on hearing the noise came out to investigate and took a very dim view of my alternative use for his lovely new Suffolk Colt lawnmower!

You just can't please some people :-)

There are over 270 million cars on the road in the United States, and the vast majority of them run on gasoline. It's flammable, sure, but the fact that an equivalent majority of vehicle fires involve gas-powered cars is also a function of their monopoly. So it's worth taking a step back and looking at how in recent months, with over half a million Teslas on the road at this point, the number of spontaneous fires involving the Model 3, S, and X seems to be increasing.

Tesla says there's no reason for concern, but it still pushed a “precautionary” over-the-air update to its Model X and Model S fleet to improve thermal management in the wake of one fire earlier this year. Then another stationary Model S caught fire. The United States Navy alone has over a hundred nuclear reactors that power 86 submarines and aircraft carriers, producing electricity, heat and propulsion.

The United States built two similarly sized aircraft carriers a few years apart, the USS John F. Kennedy [CV-67, 1,052 ft (321 m) overall] and the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower [CVN-69, 1,092 feet (332.8 m overall]. The Ike is nuclear powered and the Kennedy burned oil.

Yesterday's RNS was value accretive to each and every shareholder, little old EUA is growing bigger by the day!

The fact some single American Private Placement for US$20m towards the Rosgeo JV shows EUA works well at international levels, we have numbnuts UK investors that think investing in a mining company operating in Russia is a MAD idea, yet here we have an American investor that is very happy to invest in a Russian project, and let's be honest, America and Russia are not exactly the best of friends :-)

So sometime during the long and drawn-out FSP, EUA was offered this fantastic Rosgeo joint venture, and the plan changed, dramatically!

We can now expect a sale of one or more of EUA's assets in order to help fund this new battery metals joint venture with Rosgeo, and provide a nice big dividend to each, and every shareholder!

If this goes to plan, in the future EUA could be a regular dividend-paying stock, and we know that regular dividend-paying stocks are very sort after for income generation and command a 'premium' share price! :-)

What will today do price-wise for the stock, we hope it starts to grow, and there is always a Friday after hours RNS to think of!

Just back from the breakfast meet-up, to a lot of personal backstabbing from the usual suspects!

I will hold my hands up and confess I got this wrong on the limited info we were working from!

I thought the BOD wanted to retire, obviously, the Rosgo Joint Venture was simply too good to turn down at the last minute!

The company now looks to be selling just some assets, we all get a dividend and retain shares in EUA going forward!

Because the shares were issued at the current share price there is NO dilution, just more shares in issue and the company coffers increased by the same percentage, the only dilution will be any future dividend will be reduced by about 3.72%.

"The total number of ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the private placement, and assuming the exercise of all of the Warrants, is 106,613,502 new ordinary shares, which would represent approximately 3.72 percent of the Company's enlarged fully diluted share capital of 2,865,315,183 ordinary shares"

So, we get something upfront in way of a dividend from selling some? asset!

We, get to keep our shares in EUA, the new battery metals company :-)

So, sorry, but to me, the RNS was just simply great, this company has changed its plan at the last minute, and we all gain even more going forward!

Our win, win, scenario, has just grown in size!

I love this company, you just can't second guess them, they do have investor's interests at heart! as they are also investors.

Ignore the negative bots and naysayers, the company has chosen a new very lucrative path for us all!

If you cannot see that, sell-out now, the long-term holders are now jumping for joy at the thought of regular future dividends from a growing battery metals company.....

Off out for my second COVID jab, I may have been wrong, but this outcome is fantastic for any shareholder going forward.

It is a company that has in the past done an excellent evaluation on EUA and is well out of date and needs updating!

Bad luck everyone, NO major RNS but we are another day closer!

The constant tap, tap, tap, of our resident Xestobium rufovillosum, this 'Deathwatch Beatle' TBTT a native British wood-boring insect, constantly 'boring' its way through this board:-)

Not invested, and thinks this company is grossly overvalued and only worth about £10m!

As soon as anyone finds something that is positive on EUA, he retorts, it must have been paid for by the company!

What he fails to realise is, if that UK Investor Magazine article was, as he said, paid for by the company, it would say what was in the RNS ....... It did not!

It said what I surmised and posted up the day after the RNS, which was reading between the lines this:-

What are 'SUBSTANTIONALY ALL THE COMPANY'S ASSETS'? for those that don't know, or refuse to believe, let me try and explain!

Is there any case law relating to definitions of or discussions on ‘substantially all’ in relation to a company’s assets?

"Most English law practitioners take the view that this phrase means everything other than immaterial or de minimis assets which are so residual as to be irrelevant to the conduct of the company's business or undertaking, and the “substantially all” language is intended to ensure that the operative provisions apply even if for some reason a disposal fails to catch every single asset of a company or disposing entity."

Please review the above and digest it!

The above means that the company is virtually SOLD!

It will have to be voted on by us SHAREHOLDERS, and if they are stupid and don't vote it through, it will not happen!

That is the only 'fly in the ointment' that the company can't control, is how investors vote!

They have just done an experiment, and most voted, IN FAVOR, with the chairman!

You can continue to think the company may continue in some form, BUT, that is clearly, NOT their intention!"

If you just read last Wednesday RNS, you might think that the company is NOT selling ALL its ASSETS, and is keeping some?

The writer of that article also thinks the whole company could be up for sale!

So as the article has a slightly different take on the RNS, I say it was a genuine investment article?

We shall of course see in the fulfillment of time :-)

"Eurasia Mining Share Price
Last Thursday the Eurasia Mining share price (LON: EUA) climbed as high as 20% in one day before retreating. Despite trading sideways from February onwards, year-to-date the stock is down by over 20%. Going further back to July, the Eurasia Mining share price is up by over 100%. Investors will be curious about the recent surge and what it could mean for the company’s longer-term outlook.

Potential Sale
The cause of the surge of the Eurasia Mining share price last Thursday was an announcement by the company that it could be selling all of its assets. The platinum group metals and gold producer also said that it had finalised its strategic review and formal sale process.

In a trading statement, Eurasia Mining said it “has more recently focused its attention, including providing due diligence access, on a limited number of potential bidders who had shown consistent interest in Eurasia and its high-quality asset base”.

While the board will now focus on the potential sale, it said it could mean a significant dividend payment for investors. “A proposal from a credible party that could allow us to pay a significant dividend to all shareholders,” said Eurasia’s executive chairman Christian Schaffalitzky.

While the statements coming from Eurasia Mining look promising for shareholders, the deal has not yet been confirmed, and there is no guarantee it will go through.

Performance

Aside from a potential sale, the AIM-listed company gave an update on its West Kytlim operations in the Urals.

Russian authorities have officially approved a new Technical Project. This means three plants will be in operation in 2021, compared to one the year before. All three points will have begun production this quarter, the company confirmed.

This means the outlook for the Eurasia Mining share price is strong, as its mining operations now appear secure. This will be the case even if the sale of the company does not go ahead"
