It has to be done to support the company YOU invested IN!

You are NOT voting to give the directors more money OR to keep the light on, YOU are voting to help the company grow!

And with the company growing you hopefully make more money!

Up to YOU if you want to hamstring the company YOU invested in, doesn't sound like a good idea to me!

We know the company has purchased new equipment to speed up production.

We know the company welcomed Institutional Investors on board by Issuing new shares at NO discount to the prevailing stock price, unheard of on AIM.

We know the company was approached by interested parties to obtain either the full company or its assets.

We know the company instructed ACF to produce a company report assessing its true value for basing offers on.

We know the company represented Russian mining at EXPO.

We know we have been awarded the flanks license vastly increasing our asset acreage.

A bit like when the doorbell rings, you answer it to a smartly dressed young lady and gentleman, and then 10 seconds later, after you have asked what they want, realise, you have just opened the front door to a couple of Jehovah's Witnesses!

It sinks in very quickly that you are now going to spend the next 5 minutes of your life in a discussion you will not win! gradually, closing the door whilst apologising, and saying sorry, not interested thank you!

You would be telling porky pies, they never HAD to, just the opportunity came along and they did! and at full market price no less!

We have investors who like the company and like the great BOD who have shown great faith in their own company by buying up lots of their own companies stock and continue to hold! emphasising, they see the stock has a great future!

We have gamblers that by their very own admission "Bank on the value of the stock only going up" from their entry price! And when that doesn't happen within a short timescale, come on here and constantly moan about us, the positive long term investors, such as Mac, who has been here years and probably helped them with their research in the first place!

Then in trying to make their negative short time scale point about the share price not rocketing as they seem fit, to try to hold the BOD to some deluded sort of ransom by voting, against the companies plan to increase and do well!

Very odd these gamblers on stock only going up, and not liking when it goes the other way!

The companies master plan to riches has gone well so far and one day soon will be reflected in the share price!

If you refuse to back it at what might just be the crucial moment, don't come on here and blame us for your backward way of thinking! you chose to not back the company you invested in when it might just have needed your vital support to get a massive deal over the line!

Up to you if you value your shareholding or not! there are some here who are nefarious in their activities, and may not want the company to do well and the share price to go up, maybe hopefully betting the price goes down if they have an open short?

But, just give the company the benefit of any doubt this time, we are so close!

Good morning to the genuine investors!

They invested in the company!

They trust the company to keep dilution to the absolute minimum to get this deal over the line!

They know that the resolution to 'Give the company the authority to issue more stock' is just that, and not a given they will!

They know that ANY dilution will affect every shareholder, including the massive shareholdings of the BOD!

They also know that it is NOT to keep the lights ON!

They also know it is not to fund a BOD lifestyle, quite the contrary!

They also know that ANY new deal the company feels the need to go for WILL be value-accretive!

They also know that it is THE COMPANY they invested in, that has made them their MONEY, they backed it!

They also know to NOT back it NOW may very well SCUPPER the VERY DEAL that MAY make every shareholder's dream come true!

They also have the FORESIGHT to see that if the company was to ever dilute all shareholders by 3% to get some value-accretive deal over the line, which resulted in a massive doubling of the companies value, that ANY dividend would be TWICE as big!

They know you "Don't cut off your nose to spite your face"

And for those who have no clue as to what I'm going on about:-
"is an expression to describe a needlessly self-destructive over-reaction to a problem: "Don't cut off your nose to spite your face" is a warning against acting out of pique, or against pursuing revenge in a way that would damage oneself more than the object of one's anger"

They KNOW that BACKING the company IN FULL at this time might just be a very good idea!

They know the company might just be about to sign on the dotted line and closing the biggest deal in its history and they would NOT want to scupper THAT!

Then we have the others here WHO apparently WOULD like to scupper any future deal, by NOT voting FOR all resolutions just in case it caused them some minor dilution!

If you do feel that way, should brand yourselves some sort of activists! and not investors!

You invested in this company EUA and run by the BOD, it is their company, they are the major shareholders, don't scupper your own chances at the last minute! Back the BOD in what might be their finest hour!

I have voted in favour FOR ALL 8 resolutions, as becoming a last-minute activist will help no one!

WHO in their right mind would " rely on the share price going up."

If you are invested here, you will do well, if you can refrain from selling out at the slightest hurdle!

Share prices go, share prices go down!

Over the last year and a half, this stock has gone from 0.2p to 42p, I call that great!

So some may sell their gains if they can't wait for the finale, and so the share price may drop!

But It has a long way to go yet if you can wait for the finale, up to you, are you good at waiting, doesn't look like it!

The ball is in your court, up to you if you want to finish the game or not, or you can just chicken out and run, halfway through, not knowing if this stock was going to make you loads of money or not! and all just for the sake of waiting just that little bit longer....

Have I said the share price does not matter, no I have not!

But, the share price only matters when it is time to sell, and the time to sell is when it has gone up!

You invested in a company that had a dream to become a major player, it spent years and millions proving up what it has buried within its acreage! the very expensive bit!

You invested when the company was on the cusp of going from exploration to transitioning itself into a miner!

What the company now has in its portfolio is masses more than it had last year!

If you can not see that, you are blind!

Share prices don't go up in a straight line, they go down as well! the idea is to get off when they are at the top!

To make it easy for you, the company has stated, a massive dividend will be paid out to each and every shareholder when they have sold some assets! they have not yet sold any, so no money for the dividend just yet!

This must be the safest and easiest AIM play, all you have to have is some patience! they know they have the lovely PGM's in the ground, no reliance on some drill bit missing its target here.

If you have no patience you best invest in Cryptocurrency, which goes up and down in a flash, good luck timing that to perfection!

Come on, the directors are not that stupid!

If anything like that was to happen, everyone would bale and the share price plummet!

That is why they are going the dividend route, each and every shareholder will get a payout, without a share price collapse!

literally, anyone with a brain can see that the share price is totally disconnected from the companies intrinsic value!

The real value will come out in the end!

The end is getting closer day by day!

AIM is sentiment-driven and has a high proportion of so-called investors who sell on the News (RNS)!

Maybe they just don't understand it?

This investment was always a long play for the BIG return!

Unfortunately, being a well talked about stock and with high expectations for a fantastic return on investment, traders have joined the party who dislike tying up their money to go long on a stock!

They change their views on the stock, according to the direction of their trade!

We have LovelyBoy, Travis61, and CAW1, JTMacs, and Tilly trying to disseminate what is going on behind the scene to camouflage the day to day data fudging by the big boys!

You know when all you ever receive from the company is fantastic NEWS and yet the stock price goes the other way that something isn't right!

But that simple fact should reassure you that you did the right thing by investing in EUA, if the company is growing by the day, yet the share price which is currently sentiment-driven is going the other way, unless, you need to withdraw some cash for an emergency? That one day the two will correlate! You invest in the company, and not in the share price, currently, they are very disconnected, one day very soon they won't be! Simple.

Share prices do go up and down, brokers have that disclaimer on their home page!

BUT, it is you, and you alone, that by pressing the SELL button manage to crystalise that 'apparent' paper loss!

There are NO negatives with this investment, only the time taken! The company has grown out of all proportions to what I originally invested in, and I'm ecstatic to be a shareholder!

Don't be scared out of your shareholding just because you are currently underwater because you bought in at a more recent, and higher price!

This company is worth Pounds, and NOT Pence, the Big Boys know that!

The BOD know that!

That is WHY they hold so much personal stock! over 21% of the whole company is owned by them! THAT is where your FAITH should lie, and IF they ever sold I'd be out of here in a flash! BUT they haven't so all good!

Let's hope the tide is about to turn and a rerate is on the cards for the share price!

Rember, YOU invested in their company, If they are happy to be invested you should be too! so vote for all resolutions, they are not doing it to line their pockets, it will be for value-accretive deals which benefit ALL shareholders!

We are now another day closer to some news!

I'm not one to shoot myself in the foot and will be voting FOR ALL the upcoming resolutions regardless!

The vote is only for the ability to issue, and not a dead cert they will ever!

The company do not currently need cash, and I'm sure anything they do will be value-accretive! as they are major shareholders, holding over 21% of the stock in issue!

If you don't trust them to make you money by association, who do you trust?

I do trust the BOD, explicitly!

I have invested in their company, the current share price is sentiment-driven and not a true reflection of company value in a sale situation or going forward!
