Let's hope the positive mood continues as the company has released nothing but good news in any recent RNS's

The time it's taken to sell something can not be blamed on the company, it takes as long as it takes for due diligence to take its course from both sides, we know it is progressing well, and in the meantime, the company has not just been sitting on its hands, but struck up a Joint venture deal with access to another 104 Moz from nine more mines!

So nothing to worry any investor, the outlook is looking very rosy going forward, and with a nice big juicy dividend coming our way, as soon as something is sold!

Fully aligned BOD with shareholders, just buy-in and hold to win a great ROI,

What could be Simpler!

There are lots of dormant accounts on LSE, back in the day when I was thinking of my user name and after watching Breaking Bad thought, I might use 'Heisenberg' for a laugh!

Well, that was in use so I just went for my Christian name instead.

That Heisenberg account is still a dominant account, and you can see a test post was done back in 2011 and in the space of three days posted 472 times and has a test post dated OCT 2011?

That is a good point, if I use my phone I don't get adverts! it is on my Chromebook that they appear, and when you click to close them down, Google askes what you don't like about the adverts, and you can click Not Appropriate, which I have just done, and now I have a different selection of scantily clad young ladies! Plus the odd ad for BITCOIN .....

The share price is trying to stay blue, long may it continue.

Good evening all

Been a nice sunny day outside today, went and did my good deed for the in-laws who were certain they needed a new washing machine due to the water puddle that was showing beneath, I said had you had the pump filter out recent to clean? after been met with blank vacant looks I pointed to the little door on the front and said you unscrew the filter and wash it to remove fluff and any debris! it soon became apparent that it had NEVER been removed so was unlikely to be the source of the water leak, I drained it down and removed the filter, it was quite full of foul-smelling fluff, but was not the cause of the leak, I pulled the washing machine forward to have a look behind, there was the leak at the water hose union to the tap, quick clean up and retighten, job done, Geoff thrilled that they did not need to fork out for a new washing machine, Brenda, not so, she had her eye on a new all singing and dancing washer!

Yesterday I took the afternoon off and went and helped my in-laws, which resulted in me being fed till I was stuffed silly!

Yesterday's well-timed confirmation RNS from the company which dispelled the untruths being spouted by the two-faced maggots was greatly received by the genuinely invested shareholders!

I think this from Mark sums it up perfectly:-

"If you are still unsure or don't support them then PLEASE, do us all and yourself a favour, sell and move on."

To all those shareholders who have acted on the requests from myself, GoodFlyingDuck, and all the rest here who have done the same in trying to encourage shareholders to support their investment in EUA by voting FOR the resolutions in the upcoming AGM and showing that YOU support the BOD in their thinking, well done!

To those who had reservations, unfounded, and only looking at the perceived dilution to their OWN shareholding, totally ignoring the bigger picture, YOU did not DO your homework on this company, or can't see the wood for the trees.

Only yesterday morning I stated the company would NOT dilute Willy Nilly and ONLY Value-Acretive deals would be entertained, yesterday RNS stated exactly that!

Those who have made money here and have not voted, or, were waiting to hear more from the company before deciding on which way to vote have now wasted their time, as any vote now will probably miss the deadline to be included.

Many Happy Returns to today's Birthday entrants, and good luck to everyone who has done the right thing and supported the company that they have invested in, the journey has taken longer than we originally all thought BUT the destination has grown out of all proportion.

If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen, the clued-up investors have not sold and have only added when they can.

Yes, watching your paper profits dwindle away is not nice, if I had a crystal ball I might have sold at 40p and bought back in at 20p, and so would have doubled my shareholding, but I haven't so personally chose to HOLD as that major RNS could have dropped at any time?

The amount of paper profit lost for me is truly humongous, but a small percentage of what I anticipate receiving in a dividend payout!

Much the same as any large shareholder here, short term pain for long term gain!

Not sold any shares, only added, and the BOD perfectly aligned with shareholders, if you can't see that just move on, this is not the stock for you!

Good luck to the long term Shipmates who have weathered the storms, we are getting there!

I only posted in response to BBaggins one-sided post for fun, and just to point out the other side of the argument.

We go back some time on here and you used to be a positive EUA shareholder back in the day, JTMacs likes you for leading him here, me, I think you are somewhat two-faced, over the last year or more you have repeatedly thrown the odd hand grenade into the mix here and try to stir by posting the odd retort, and then when posters reply to you, you choose to ignore and not respond! up to you how you go about dealing with replies, but why come on here to post that!

No one mentioned you,

No one called you a basher,

And then

Apart from what I just posted, I rarely copy and past, preferring to construct my own posts!

Always report the basher to the board or forum eventually they will have to take action. Collective reporting on a daily basis will ensure the bashers’ demise.

Congratulations, you too have become a basher. The basher has won and gained a new, unwitting, partner. At this point the basher will buy low and become a pumper, maybe using a new alias, and will try to reverse the trend. Your loss becomes the basher’s gain as your stock rises after you sell it.

Lesson 8
The basher is all about bringing the price down. That is the nature of a basher. The truth is not important; lies are the norm. They are trying to hit the newbies visiting the board for the first time, so they post continuously throughout the day. They are trying to wear out the longs on the board and they will do whatever it takes to do so.

Lesson 9
Bashers will try to create doubt and get you to research items that they know will lead to the creation of doubt in you and in other stockholders. A typical trick of an advanced basher is to propose that there is a potential “problem” because “we” don’t have the facts on a particular subject. The basher dares someone in the group to find out the answer to the question. The basher already knows the answer and knows what you will find. The power of this tactic is that the basher is now in control of the actions of the stockholders; the basher has you in his web of lies. Most stockholders will do due diligence when confronted with a questionable news story. When the stockholder cannot confirm or deny the story because of too much conflicting information, the basher gains credibility.

What do you do?
It is important to find answers on your own terms. Pick up the phone and call the company, talk to the investor relations person or the CEO until you get a satisfactory answer. The problem here is that the advanced basher has you doing his bidding; you have essentially joined his ranks. So, develop your own little “Due Diligence Package” and answer questions by placing the information into the package. Then you can refer new investors to read your well-researched answers to questions raised in the Investor Information package.What you need to avoid is getting into a conversation with the basher himself or herself about the topic. Once you get into direct conversation with a basher, you give the basher credibility. Answer the question if you need to, but do it indirectly. Never use the basher’s name. Never get into a personality contest with a basher.

Countless investors find their way to the message boards only to see false posts about company news, “problems” and “Share Price Correction.” Such boards are filled with bashers using a variety of aliases, posting false or misleading information, all in all making it very difficult for a newcomer to tell fact from fiction.

For nervous investors, it is often easier to sell the stock and put the money in the bank. These are the people on whom the bashers prey. Bashers bet on a stock to go down and they do their best to help it happen. They are not concerned with the risk of losing money like the average investor, because they are usually paid to bash the stock. In other words, they are not using their personal funds and are not actually investing themselves, or at least not in that stock. Additionally, bashers do not wait for the markets to go up or down; they make them move themselves. Bashers use fear, lies, and falsehoods to prey on the nervous investor, thus influencing the markets in their favour.


Lesson 1
Bashers never bash bad stocks. You can watch the board for stocks with no potential. You’ll see pretty quickly that those stocks don’t have bashers. Bashers only go after stocks that are going upwards or have excellent potential to go up. Bashers get left behind, so they want to bring the price down.


Lesson 2
Bashers bring up old news that you have heard many times. All companies always have a few bits of bad news. The basher will post these bits over and over again. The stupid basher will try to make the old news a bit fresher to try to fool you. Don’t be fooled!


Lesson 3
Bashers post many times a day. They try to wear you out. They comment on everything, every other post, and can answer every question. To hear them say it, they know it all.

There is no positive comment they won’t bash. They try to control the board with their negativity. If they seem to be working on this one stock full time, that’s because they are! Even more than full-time.


Lesson 4
Bashers will lie to your face (or your keyboard). Never trust a basher. The truth on most companies is that mistakes are made and losses happen. The basher will try to make you believe all companies make a profit, release financials every quarter, and have all aspects of the business running smoothly from the start. This is not true. Anyone who says it is true is either lying or ignorant. Don’t listen to either kind. Small AIM companies can go years without profits; this is the nature of the beast.


Lesson 5
Bashers know that you can’t verify their statements. That’s why they make the statements they do. You can’t check them out and you may just believe them and then they win. Either way, they don’t lose.

Lesson 6
Bashers play on your lack of knowledge. They count on the fact that they can lie about information and you won’t know the difference. And you won’t, unless you have done your assessment of the company and know truth from lie.

A nice post of yours and I'm in the same camp as you regarding the 500m shares, the BOD would not want to dilute any shareholder!

The BOD know that if they were to start selling their shares it would decimate the share price in a flash!

They, if they can get the sale of assets or the company across the line, know that the fairest and safest way to do it is to pay each and every shareholder a dividend, that way the day to day share price fluctuations play no part.

When the dividend amount is announanced it will underpin the share price to at least that amount, and then those who don't want to receive a dividend can sell the shares carrying the dividend before the record date cut-off.

Seem a very fair way of doing things to my way of thinking?

Sentiment in this good stock is currently low because 'some' investors can't see the wood for the trees!

Sentiment will probably return after the AGM where the BOD may spell out simpler terms for their big plan.

Personally, I'm not going anywhere, and here to see this through, as I like the direction the BOD are taking the company.
