Game 1 - Guess the date of the next major RNS:-22 Jul 2021 07:30
Good morning Saxonaxe and all
It's Thursday again, the weeks seem to fly by nowadays, off out for my breakfast meet up as usual and will be sitting outside in the lovely sunshine.
Today's only entrant is:-
---------
BristolCupid - 22/07/21 - After Hours, the anniversary of my first divorce!
---------
Good luck.
I did my research into this company 22 months ago, I liked what I found out and invested, I have not been disappointed by anything the BOD have done so far as everything has been to improve and drive company value going forward.
Yes, on one hand, the sale process has taken longer than I and many others assumed, but on the other hand, the company has grown its resource base out of all proportion to the company that I originally invested in.
So the fact that this has taken longer, is outweighed by the fact the company has grown so much more, and when it is sold should attract a much larger sale price!
If I invest in a company and my ROI is taking longer than originally expected, and there are no perceived negatives, other than it is taking longer, what is the problem, I'm in no rush and happy to wait as the BOD own over 21% of the company themselves, and they are in no hurry to sell as they have indicated they want to issue a large dividend to each and every shareholder!
If it takes longer, so be it, it will be worth the wait to my way of thinking, up to you if you have a different timescale?
To be fair, two years of investing for a great ROI is not long at all!
Good luck everyone, I'm off to get ready to go out, cheers.
