Had my best buy Argos variable-speed fan from last year on low speed in the bedroom last night and had a lovely sleep, it is near silent and provides a lovely cooling breeze.
I've heavily invested here as the BOD are old school and the company has been around since 1995, the company has already gone through the very expensive exploration stage and is on the cusp of transitioning into a great mining company!
Its future prospects look so good that several outside interested parties have expressed interest in buying out the company or its assets.
The company went into an FSP and has now exited with one prospective deal on the cards, and news could be forthcoming any time up to 14 day's prior to the AGM at the end of June.
The latest historic Anual Report for 2020 showed the company are gearing up in a great way going forward through 2021 with three more wash plants and new equipment, the poor mined output for 2020 was due to licencing limitations and late in the year start before the cold weather froze the water supply needed to run the wash plants.
The output this year should show no resemblance to last years, unfortunate, poor performance!
On exiting the FSP, the company amazed by issuing an RNS saying it had taken up a two-year exclusivity over a joint venture with Rosgo for a 75% stake in a 104m oz Kola project for $500,000 upfront, and then 'paying as you mine' going forward!
The company I invested in two years ago is now in another league!
The BOD hold masses of stock because they believe their company could rival the Bushfield Complex in SA on certain levels!
They are currently building the company up massively, whilst simultaneously dealing with a prospective buyer, a juggling act!
The annual report relates to the day to day workings of the company and plays no part in the future prospective sale!
If the company pulls off a sale of some major asset, we have been informed that a very large dividend will be forthcoming to each and every investor and we then will hold shares in a major battery metals miner going forward!
There is so much to like by being invested in EUA, you know they have the metals in the ground and only have to dig them up, unlike an oil or gas prospective drilling company where your dependant on the drill bit hitting its target!
The long term investors are very happy with their investment and can see the future plan the BOD have for the company going forward!
Unfortunately, these things take time to mature and as the number of postings about the great outlook for EUA has grown we are often at the top of the LSE leader board for the number of chats, and that has led to lots of interest from the get rich quick brigade, and when these things have taken longer than anticipated, they have inevitably moaned the loudest!
This is a great investment opportunity, big institutions also see that, so expect some games along the way!
