Hairy, why be a spoilsport?

Mac has been here for years and has helped many an investor who has had questions about EUA, the guy is very positive and any investor should be very pleased he posts in a very positive way!

If you don't appreciate Mac's investor help or feel you personally know more than Mac and don't require his memory jogging help, then just ignore Mac's posts, or if you are incapable of that, use the green box filter!

You can't moan about an enthusiastic EUA investor who has always been very positive about the stock and does actually hold shares in the company, unlike some who post here! give the guy a break and be nice, you have made your position very clear, you don't like Mac, why, I find it very odd you do not like a positive poster on a stock you reputedly hold? now if it was a negative poster I could understand .....

Maybe you are new around here but we have already gone through the guessing game and it must currently stand at around 500 guesses!

I have kept them all to see who comes the closest in the end!

They range from 35p to £35, but the average is around £1.60 in a buyout.

Things have improved, and the company has so much more in its portfolio to offer any investor now, but the share price is still currently range-bound due to the ongoing 'smoke and mirrors' meddlings going on in the background.

For a pure dividend where we get to keep our shares in the company, we have no clue, as we have no idea what the company will sell to fund the dividend?

Simple really Optimist, when the company issue a dividend or sell out, we as shareholders will receive a proportion of the companies at the time value!

Which will have NO reflection on the current share price, it will be unrelated and disconnected to today's share price!

HappyScot has been here for ages and has always acted the same, you know what to expect, a glass half full type maybe?

He has never been rude or abusive towards me so we interact with polite pleasantries sometimes, sarcastic :-) but no malice!

He has entered today's competition, so I politely wished him good luck! he has also suffered a broken leg!

We are all here to make money, and provided posters don't lie to assist the direction of their trade, like the turncoats, seem to, everyone will be a winner!

Hi, Panderman, the £20,000,000 I posted up, because I was talking about an American was supposed to be in $ as that is what £14,000,000 equates to at today's rough exchange rate.

A lovely breakfast meetup was had this morning and the sun shone through the beautiful blue sky, now back home it is clouding over.

A part of the hotel dining room has been lost to make a downstairs room for Gary the hotelier, of the husband and wife team, due to his recently diagnosed MS and associated walking disabilities, very sad but he is in good spirits and has a nice electric scooter to enjoy the sunshine and go down the pier.

I see the usual fools are at their game, Lamestree, the former 'BlueNotRed' poster, is today only 'RED' and has nothing good to say about the company that a few weeks ago could do no wrong in his eyes! my how he changes with the wind! or it could be the direction of his trade :-)

People demanding to know the identity of the US investor who has invested $20,000,000!

You make me laugh, why do you want to know his or her identity, what difference does it make to you to know that?

None at all, you are just nosey!

What you should be thinking is, WOW! an 'American' TRUSTS little old EUA with £20,000,000 of their hard-earned cash to make them a profit 'MINING' in 'Russia' of all places!

An American investing in Russia! is Not something you thought you would hear!

If they are happy to do that, it shows they have great confidence in EUA, more so than some on here who keep bringing up that particular unwarranted concern.

We might even end the day blue for once!

I'm not implying anything other than you are not seeing the bigger picture at the moment!

So far this morning you have gone on about dilution!

This is NOT your normal AIM company dilution, this is different, there is no current dilution of the share price, because the shares were bought at FULL market price!

Say a company has 1,000,000 shares at £10 a share and an institution buys in 10,000 shares at the full price of £10 .... because all shares were at the same price, the value of the company has gone up by the same percentage as the number of shares in issue has gone up, divide one by the other, same value £10 a share, just more of them in issue, so no dilution has yet taken place!

The only time we as shareholders will see any actual dilution is when the dividend is divided up/calculated?

Just pointing out, this placing was at the full asking price, so all good at the moment and gives the company some more coffers to play with.
