Hi, Onthebwagon, that is very kind of you, currently, Gary is wobbly on his feet and can't stand as one of his leg's does not respond to his wishes, he is still being observed by the hospital to see what if anything can be done and has just got himself an electric wheelchair, the rest of him seems to work normally from an onlooker's point of view! personally not knowing what MS leads to long ?term.
I will bear you in mind if that's ok and see what he says next time we meet up, I might speak to his wife

A lovely breakfast meet-up today, the weather was again on our side and the guesthouse has got a new chef due to Gary the hotelier who has been diagnosed with MS being unable to stand and cook!

He was demonstrating how his new electric wheelchair can spin on the spot, such a great shame as six months ago he was fine, a very cruel disease, I just hope that hotel patron numbers will increase once the lockdown is over and they can still make a go of it?

Thank you to Ibizamatrix1998 and Kira001 for wishing me an enjoyable time this morning! it was lovely!

The purpose of calling the EGM was to ONLY vote through the OPTION to enable the company IF it wished to! and is not a dead cert that they do, especially when they don't need the cash as per the RNSs!

Last Night I posted a reply to PostmanPorche, a section of which was seized upon by 'TheMadSHORT' :-)

"That is my opinion, why else would you call for an EGM to pass a resolution that could be put forward at the AGM in June!"

The only reason is to raise cash urgently!
No other explanation makes sense!
There will be a placing before the AGM, that much is almost 100% nailed on!

Well, of course, that theory would suit your agenda with your SHORT, trying to put WORDS in the mouths of the BOD by stating that a cash raise is a dead cert!

But we all know that currently, the BOD has ONLY stated that this newly passed resolution would HELP their negotiating position, SO the company is currently still up for sale!

I have not second-guessed their plans and most certainly do not state that a cash raise is nailed on, as you do!

May I bring to your attention this paragraph from the past RNSs to validate my view!

" In this regard, Eurasia is not planning any new share placings in the foreseeable future "

Now, the foreseeable future is a long time in my view!

So as I stated, I await to hear from the BOD what is the next UNKNOWN step going forward that could possibly strengthen their negotiating possition, when they don't need cash?
