And if EUA were to issue another out of the blue additional 'FLANK' RNS we could use that speed term :-)

It went up on the Rowka effect :-)

But due to the length of time taken posters have either forgot what they guessed the first time round or now in the light of day and with the time taken reduced their guess value, some have halved, but they were on the high side anyway:-)

Most are reasonable and were submitted prior to the JV announcement, so now on the low side in my view!

I would say the average now is around the £1.68 mark, who knows? But more than 25p that is for sure :-)

Why not say one way or the other, I find it odd that someone who is so well known on Twitter feels the need to hide on here!

Morning all,

Looking back to when the company at the end of 2019 announced it had got involved with UBS and CITIC bank to sell the company OR its assets.

EUA was primarily an exploration company that had discovered after years of expensive drilling, that nearly wiped it out, with directors and senior staff taking shares in lieu of wages to assess its acreage, and prove that they had something of value in the ground to offer shareholders.

The company quoted around 1.9m oz and all investors were very excited at seeing an end to these years of expensive drilling and proving stage and now on the cusp of actually turning from explorer to miner!

The company's outlook changed for the better, intrinsic value was about to be released by this change from exploration to a miner! AND some other companies were NOW showing some interest in little old EUA and wanted to buy it, or its assets!
Exciting times ahead then for shareholders!

The company issued a valuation guide which was very interesting, The ACF valuation!
The report valued MT 'WITH' flanks and assigned a 30% risk-adjusted WACC, which means they discounted it by 30% for risk, or if you like, 70% of the true value! that was in the 54.8p-60.6p range.

Once we were awarded the flanks that 30% discount was negated and so removed and so a full valuation from ACF worked out for MT WITH flanks at a value range of 78.28p - 86.57p and that was just for MT alone!
Please also note it was a conservative valuation!

So we long-termers guessed at a valuation in a full buyout of between £1 and £1.50, I chose £1.22 middle of the road!

Since then, the company has in the background acquired the Tipil licence and a share in a joint venture, with access to another 104m oz potential!

That is just a massive jump in the potential increase in intrinsic value you can assign to little old EUA!

They are not little any more, and can rival the Bushveld Complex in South Africa in some ways!

This is why the astute just kept on accumulating EUA stock, there is so much potential to gain over the 'perceived' low risk!

So now we have to take a wild guess at EUA's value! it appears to be off the scale! we valued the company at £1 to £1.50 when it had around 2m oz!

NOW it has access to much more, choose your multiplication number?

Whatever, it is above £1.50, that is for sure!

Yes, there is the remote possibility that the company does not achieve a full sell-out and a plan 'B' may be instigated!

The company has issued an EGM for the 28th of April to hopefully pass a missing and normally passed at every past AGM the resoloution to enable them 'IF' they ever require to issue more stock and a right issue, again 'IF' required!

Bearing in mind the company is making money, cash in the bank, access to loans and a $150 Sinosteel deal, a cash raise is NOT on the cards as a necessity!

EGM has been called prior to the AGM in June! .. WHY now?

You do not know Anders, he has been very open, and here for over two years, he has fought the naysayers alongside the rest of the long-termers!

You seem to think that the size of a property is the main point, what you don't know is what kind of abode does Anders currently live in (It could well be a Scottish castle) and that would be sold off during the new purchase and so the value added to 500-1million gained from the share sale, just pointing out an obvious flaw!

He does like his boats though, so maybe has selected a lovely house near some marina somewhere?

We don't know, nor do we care, Anders Murray IS one lovely gent though, and the rest of us wish him well in anything he does going forward!

Same here as GFD, had my first haircut of 2021 at 10:30 am today!

Clive, suggested yesterday we go to 'The Barge Inn' at Battlesbridge, Wickford, for lunch today as the weather forecast was good for outside eating, he picked me up as I'm on the way in his nice 4Litre Supercharged Jaguar and we joined the A127 to go to Battlesbridge which is only 25 min down the road!

We had just got to the Rayleigh Wier underpass on the A127 when everything stopped suddenly at 11:45? nothing moved at all and after 20 min people were getting out of their cars and walking around bemused.

One couple even let their dog out of the car on a lead to go to the toilet?

We were trapped, can't go forward, can't go backward!

Googling brought up some traffic news of a road accident,

'A127 Southend Arterial Road London bound blocked! queueing traffic for three miles due to overturned recovery vehicle between A129 Rayleigh Wier and A1245 Fairglen Interchange'

'Congestion back to Progress Road and delays on the opposite side due to onlookers and the A129 as traffic tries to find an alternative route'

We had been stationary for 45 min and the thought of that cup of coffee I had earlier on was now starting to play on my mind!

A recovery truck could be one of those big ones that tow away broken-down busses, they are massive and if one of those has turned over we could be here for hours?

The outside table reservation was for 1 pm, we tried to ring the pub to say we might be late, or even not make it at all.

I tried to ring Mick who was to join us for lunch at The Barge Inn as he would come from the other direction from Brentwood way.

As usual, Mick had his phone switched off to save the battery!

Luckily after an hour, we started to move and got to the lunch venue, Mick was unaware and sipping his pint laid back in the sun!

The food was delicious and so glad that we did make it, it was touch and go for a while.

I noticed this post from carlito22 earlier, I think we should congratulate him on his shareholding :-)
