Also ISA is an individual savings account and I believe has to be funded from your own personal bank account or joint if married, but it has to be traceable as to wher the cash has come from! Husband to wife is fine.

I would say no!

If they could sell your shares you would still have to wait the three day clearance for funds, then transfer the cash to your wife's bank account, then she can invest it!

You might as well just sell your own shares and do it yourself, guess six days to do the lot?

The current FSP is starting to take a perceived overly long time, so must be failing? .... NO still in full swing, the company has said so!

The company turnover does not reflect the current share price, it is overpriced? .... NO, the company is an exploration company primarily, and on the cusp of going full swing into mining! it has a lot to offer going forward in a buyout!

The company is in Russia? ...... NEXT!

The company is thinking of performing a rights issue or selling more stock to raise vital cash! ..... Really? The company only wishes to correct a missing previously passed annual resoloution to ENABLE them to go that route IF THEY EVER require it!
...... Currently, they have NO debt, cash positive, millions in the bank, and access to loans like the $150m Sinosteel deal.

They will need to raise this money to fund the future expansion with the JV over the nine new mines! ..... Really? The company has only stated the deal is a great one for the company! they have not actually said they will mine it themselves! That is only an assumption! bearing in mind the late arrival of the JV deal when the company is in the assumed last throws of selling off the company, WHY now, can only conclude, that the JV deal is for the new buyer to pursue! EUA has only paid upfront $500,000 to get its foot in the door and gain a two-year exclusivity period!

Remember, this is not some distressed company sale, far from it, this is the sale now of a world-class collection of assets that rival the Bushveld Complex in South Africa, it is not going to be sold on the cheap!

How do we know the whole company sale is preferred, over just the sale of its assets! ..... Originally, the company quote was 'The sale of the company OR its assets' that seemed to change and has recently been worded thus ' The sale of the company AND its assets'

I think the company is virtually sold and all this last-minute stuff is just dotting the i's and crossing the t's, WHY call for an EGM when you don't appear to need cash!

An extraordinary general meeting is usually only called when the company has something that urgently requires some attention! Raising Cash would seem to be low on the current list with our cash availability and upcoming sale!

To be fair we will always take on board any posters with a differing view, but most just come across with a 'GUT' feeling of doom! spout rubbish that can easily be disproved, and can provide 'NO' substanative reason for their view in the first place!

The above is just a typical negative 'GUT' feeling, backed up by nothing at all, so there is nothing to take on anyway!

Someone might just have got out of bed in a bad mood, NO reason for this GUT feeling!

At least the positive posters back up their post with their reasoning!

If any negative poster can find a genuine reason why we should rethink our positive leaning it will be genuinely taken on board!

But to say the company is going to call a cash raise, just because the company wants to get its house in order is not on!

Until the company comes out and says that is their plan, even though they have cash in the bank, are generating cash, have access to $150m Sinosteel loan deal, etc ....... That is just made-up hogwash, to frighten the weak!

WHEN the company state that is their plan, then that would be true! currently, it is just a guess by someone with no logical reason for it.

You have hit the nail on the head!

All the woodworm have come out at once, trying to propagate a feeling 'bad' sentiment amongst the invested!

Only one reason for that and it isn't 'Our Welfare'

They are saying they have seen your wife or girlfriend with another man, just to instill a 'GUT' feeling of doubt in your mind!

They come up with NO facts, and talk the talk, BUT, unfortunately, it is just a RUBISH rumor!

Do NOT use your GUT to tell you if an investment is good or bad,..... USE your BRAIN, God gave you one, SO use IT...

If you thought this company was a great investment when it had 1.9m oz ... It must be a fantastic investment when it has access to a JV where there are another 104m oz .....

There has been a mention by the company that they want to get the authority to issue more stock and be able to perform a rights issue!

This has been a part of the company's AGMs and always passed NO problem!

They have requested an EGM to get this signed off asap, anyway before the next AGM!

The low-life woodworm will try and put two and two together and make five!

The company, which is making money, has money in the bank, access to loans, and a $150m Sinosteel loan!

NOW, needs to raise cash, REALY! The company HAS said nothing of the sort, ONLY the woodworm have suggested such!

To me, The company in the last throws of completing a sale has land grabbed as much of the Kola area for future expansion as it can, it has NO intention of mining this itself, this is for the new buyer to mine, same as the DFS to mine concurrently from the two mines it does currently own a percentage of!

To, me this housework exercise of the EGM is a final part, and then after some time will be issued the MAJOR RNS we have been waiting on!

If your BRAIN does not overrule your GUT, you should NOT be invested here!

You have all done your research and know the fundamentals of this company just keep on growing daily, yet, the share price just dwindles!

The current disconnect is utterly amazing!

Whatever, the current reason, manipulation, accumulation, someone is most certainly buying up the stock!

The astute are holding long and strong, the weak, cannot see the long game and just see the daily share price erosion and give in to the apparent sell-off!

As soon as this company is sold off, the intrinsic value will be reflected in the share price!

Until then, just laugh at the current share price, and buy more if funds allow!

That is why we keep on saying, it's just a waiting game now.

If you have taken your position here, just put your feet up and relax!

If you can't bear to see the share price dwindle!

Was this back in the 1970s though, as I say from my personal experience with the Alliance Building society you had to save with them before they would consider you for a mortgage!

The cost of extraction was once mentioned as roughly 350 Dollars per oz to mine from the open cast mines, more for the rock formations to mine of course!
