America, ouch!

Wall Street, has been spooked and the Dow plunges on reports that Biden is thinking of raising capital gains tax to 39%!

Let's hope the company gets this sale over the line soon, and before Rishi Sunak does the same in the UK, we all know it is on the cards and only a matter of time, the economy needs rebuilding!

We did enjoy our breakfast thank you, but when we arrived the place was all locked up and there were some deliveries by the side door, but no one appeared to be home, and no lights on!

Clive thought that maybe Gary the hotelier had been taken sick at short notice, but I said I sure they would have put a notice up if that was the case?

We sat down at the outside table and I rang the hotel number, it went to the answering machine so I left a message saying Morning Penny I hope everything is ok as you appear to be shut up and closed?

Just to say that the Thursday boys have arrived and you appear shut, we are sitting outside and will wait for 20 min.

Well, 10 min later we heard the front door bolt slide and a sleepish Penny poked her head around and apologised, she had forgotten today was Thursday, and as they have currently no guests staying it slipped her mind about us turning up!

Soon the kettle was on and breakfast was underway :-)

I love to take things apart to see how they work, that is me down to a T to mend stuff :-)

No, Mac got us all going about 9 months ago by posting up 'Tilly had a new kid' we were all congratulating you on the birth of your new child!

Then the 'Joker', Mac, posted a link to an animal sanctuary where a goat called 'Tilly' had just given birth to a KID!

He got us all for a couple of hours with that one, the rascal ....

I have savings and have never been one splash out on flash things, it is just not me, we run a couple of diesel Fiat Pandas which are all we need for around town.

I do like my workshop and can always find a need for that new tool :-) or a nice big screen tv, but that would be it really.

We do love the Isles of Scilly for holidays as we got married there, so we could go there more often, but can't think of anything offhand!

I suppose we could afford to pull this old 1920s house down and build a nice insulated warm one, as I don't wish to lose the nice workshop I built?

We will just have to wait and see what transpires, not counting my chickens just yet :-)

Just think about Anders and his 38,000,000 shares ..... he is in the same boat and will have to pay some tax as well, all his shares are not protected from CGT! unless he has just moved to the Isle of Man :-) or Jersey!

When we bought these shares they were as cheap as chips, and I'm here like Anders till the EUA story ends.

Apparently, a user on another board has shared that during a conversation with HSBC to vote that HSBC is now fully trading EUA stock, so you can now buy, and not only sell, apparently!

The BOD is working to maximise shareholder value and are at the top of their game and very astute!

If they go to the bother to call out for our shareholder support to vote this EGM resolution through!

Then it matters greatly somehow in the scheme of things! Don't waste your votes! They are very important!

It matters to the future value of your shares or else the BOD would NOT be calling for this EGM!

Use it or lose it, up to you!

Her Majesty, The Queen, had her 95th Birthday today, the longest-reigning UK monarch!

The price of Palladium broke through the record price set on February the 26th 2020 of $2,858.10 per Oz!

The share price has gone blue, at 26.60p +1.60p (6.40%) up on the day!

The upcoming EGM where the company has virtualy begged shareholders to vote in favor to help them strengthen their negotiating position could be in trouble if you don't get your finger out and vote, the threshold we assume is to be over 75% of the vote to be in favor to pass the resolution, and worryingly a poll taken on one of the Telegram groups showed only 67% had voted in favor, 2% voted against, and 31% have as yet done nothing!

The company NEEDS your voting support! don't delay, this is IMPORTANT if YOU value your shares!

You are NOT voting on a cash raise! you are voting on the ability to perform one! a totally diffrent thing at the moment!

This EGM has been urgently called to pass this resolution, BEFORE the NEXT AGM in June, on the AGM in JUNE, it will expire and the resolution would have to be voted on again!

This should make you think? WHY NOW! The only conclusion, provided this resolution gets voted through at the EGM is there must be some major news to release 'before' the next AGM!

Make your own mind up! BUT do vote, it matters in the scheme of things!
