Good morning Saxonaxe, Kserjy, Modestguy, and all,

This month is flying by and Christmas is fast approaching, in fact too fast, as I'm behind with my Christmas shopping, I may take the easy way out and give gift vouchers this year, at least the recipient can choose what they want to buy!

We have had over two years of posters reputedly invested but always trying their hardest to find a negative angle to purport, thinking we can't see through them!

And then they don't like the short thrift they get as a response?

We are all getting short-tempered with the wait, but know that the outcome will be with it,

It is what it is, just a waiting game for the moment, with no bad news only good,

We all know that everything is still going to plan and the sale negotiations between the company and the buyer are still ongoing, if not, the company HAS to notify shareholders of that material fact by RNS at the earliest opportunity!

The world is in turmoil, and covid on many minds, so investing in stocks is not the first priority, with people being furloughed or losing jobs, Christmas fast approaching, cash is king, for some.

Those of us lucky enough to not be in a financial predicament will just wait it out, as the company has what the world needs, and, in vast quantities!

The current share price does not reflect the company's intrinsic value, just what a shareholder is prepared to pay for the stock, the two are not mutually exclusive.

We are all hoping for some great news before Christmas, if we don't receive it by then, no problem, we just wait a bit longer.

We know we are going to get some news, just not when?

GingerHippo, then pointed out with the figures shown that the maths don't work out?

By going over the figures it is easy to spot that Carpfisher, just missed out a 1, when reposting.

We start off with 7million shares at around 0.85p, at a cost of around £59,500,

He panicky sold out at about 1.7p for an amount he posed as around £14,000,

What he meant to post was for around £114, 000 ....

That then all ties up with him making, if he had held to 34p, an amount of £2,400,000!

It just goes to show, don't sell out too early :-)

They used to be great, not so anymore!

You might think the warranty is new for old replacement ..... NO such luck ....

My Sony 85" 8K cost a fortune TV extravagance bought from John Lewis went wrong after only 4 months, they had others in stock, BUT would only offer to repair it, and NOT replace it.

Their now outsourced warranty department places EVERYTHING on YOU the customer to fight for your rights, they sent round a local TV repairman who said the screen was faulty, nothing for two weeks, chased this TV repair company who said JL has still not sent them the paperwork to order a replacement screen, so I then try and chase JL.... Back and forth getting nowhere, and on advice from Francis on Twitter she advised me to go public on Twitter to complain, that worked, I now had my own personal JL person to look into this for me.

Surprise, surprise, HE just chases ME up to see how I'm getting on with my claim... my Broken TV still sitting at home in the lounge.

I then go directly to Sony myself giving up on useless JL, they then send round their Sony TV repairman who admits the screen has gone faulty and he goes away ..... Sony after a few days come back to me and say would I like my money back?

No, I said I want my TV repaired as John Lewis are refusing to repair it!

Ah, said Sony, we don't actually have a replacement screen for your TV anywhere in Europe! and as it's last years model 2019 unlikely to get one...

What about replacing it, I said ...

That would be our first choice as the TV is so new, BUT again, we are out of stock of that rare 8k model...

I said no problem, JL has two in stock :-) BUT refuse to exchange it ...

Sony Uk on hearing this send a snotty letter to JL asking them to do the right thing for their customer, and exchange my TV, pointing out that Sony UK will reimburse them for it.

Hurray for Sony UK and some common sense .... JL then delivered me a replacement and took the broken one away!

That took over five weeks to sort out, with ME, the customer having to do the donkey work when it should have been so simple...

John Lewis is great UNTIL something goes wrong, it has improved over the last year but, is still not what it was...

The replacement Sony Tv is fantastic :-) touch wood ...

I have explained out loud this morning in 'BLACK & WHITE' that we ALL KNOW negotiations are still ongoing!

How do we all know that?

BECAUSE we haven't been told anything to the contrary, HENCE the SALE is still in full swing!

IF for 'ANY' reason that was NOT the ongoing case, the company would HAVE to ISSUE an RNS to say as much!

If the BUYER was not happy after completing their DD they would have pulled out, they did not, so they must have liked what they found, and hence, be happy with the results!

No, I did NOT!

You are correct from the RNS wording,

( the Buyer has informed Eurasia in writing that it has successfully completed its due diligence)

BUT I was not quoting from an RNS was I, it was my simplified generalisation of what I see has gone on...

That RNS was dated 28th October 2021,

Yesterday was the 10th of December,

Just reading between the lines as you yourself, have pointed out, if after completing your DD, you were NOT happy, you would not pursue a house purchase and pull out!

Seeing as the RNS was released back in October and we are now in December, I concluded that THE BUYER must be happy with their DD results and NO more!

Why do I think that they must be happy ...... Well, if they weren't the SALE process would be TERMINATED immediately!

And, EUA would have to release an RNS to that effect!

It is just putting two and two together, and reading between the lines!

You don't seem to have a positive outlook for EUA, are you sure this is the correct investment for you?

we have invested in a great company, the BOD doing its very best for each and every shareholder in building the company up, 'The Buyer' happy with its DD results, while all this going on when we have a Global Pandemic to contend with!

Delays must be expected, unfortunately!

Still nearly two full weeks of trading till Christmas, hopefully, we will have heard something by then?

Nothing negative to make me worry or change my mind that we will be greatly rewarded, one day!

Yes, a disappointing end to the week, but not as bad as if you had been invested in the travel industry?

Things go on for us, we live to fight another day, our PGMs and Battery Metals are required!

Just catching up and saw your very sad post about your wife's brothers awful terminal diagnosis of Pancreatic cancer!

That is the worst, of the worst possible news, anyone could receive, please let your wife know we are so sorry to hear such very sad news and are thinking of the both of you at this very difficult time.
