Well, Becky has just topped up her EUA shareholding to the sum of £995.89 at around 3 pm, after seeing yesterday's RNS!

Had to be done, she said :-)

Let me get this right ....

Roger is again moaning that the company have only released the one completed Wardell Armstrong report that covered the smallest area, and was an absolute stonker!

We have been told this is the first of many, BUT, they have only completed the smallest one first!

Does it not strike you that the mathematics to work out the smallest area one may be less than for the bigger ones?

Just giving a valid reason as I see it ....

Yesterday's RNS was great for any truly invested investor and when we get the rest of the CPRs who knows where the share price will sit? but I bet above 21.50p :-)

I'm very happy to be holding EUA stock, and can only see a great future ahead for the company!

So we had to find an alternative venue for the breakfast.

This is the second time Penny & Gary have caught COVID, the first time last year was when they were open only to special nursing staff that was brought in to help at Southend Hospital!

They caught it off them, the Nursing staff .... Both are fully vaccinated, as you'd expect.

What an RNS, we have some winners today!

The guest house was closed due to COVID :-( so we search Southed and found a nice cafe opposite The Last Post pub which was very nice.

We chatted about old times and one particular manager that was nicknamed 'Carloss' !

That was not his real name, but he had stopped to get a paper at the newsagent and when he came out his car was gone, he stupidly had left it running, and someone had just jumped in and stolen it! :-) Hence, Car Loss, haha!

Personally, I will take anything that might help my immune system recognise covid and reduce the severity if I ever catch it!

Why would you drive a 1971 VW Transporter T2 1600 (50 PS) :-)

It might get you there, but not very quickly!

It is so old it is car TAX exempt, so that's a positive!

It is a niche vehicle of its time!

It rusts well :-(

Being an air-cooled engine, the heating system works by passing the passenger compartment air supply through a separate channel in the exhaust box!

They rust out, and hopefully, you don't get carbon monoxide in the air supply!

In fact, I can't think of any great reason to own one, unless you like quirky vehicles, and want to relive your Hippie youth :-)
