Small-minded Leo has no clues as to how many shares many of us here hold, and if we were to tell him, he would not believe us anyway,

He thinks, all the long term holders have all been selling into the rise?

When the stock has hardly taken off!

The astute have been adding to their shareholding, knowing that one day this stock will rerate many times over!

The only shares I have sold, were in carrying out the selling part of a 'Bed & ISA' transfer from my share dealing account into my ISA account,

WHY would I sell my stock off on the cheap,

When I know it is worth so much more!

If the BOD are happy to hold stock in their own company, then so am I,

If Neo, held what he said he once did and he sold out too soon, well tough luck Neo, more the fool you!

If you had a decent size shareholding and you let it slip through your fingers, don't blame us!

That is YOUR problem, NOT ours,

We are NOT selling, sorry to inform you .....

Every new RNS we get just adds more to the previous ongoing situation understanding,

And the future picture for this company looks to be very rosy!

You either wish to believe in the BOD, who just happen to hold masses of their own stock!

Or, be like those who post C-R-A-P and if they believed in what they posted would not be invested here anyway!

So just ask yourself .... Why are they here?

"Why would any company pay out 80% of whatever cash it received, keep 20% and then have a dilutive fundraise?!"

We all know who posted that tosh, our desperado NeoC, who now has to get up even earlier to post his rants!

There will be NO dilutive fundraise!

Well done to all EUA shareholders, and today's hopefuls are all winners in the game!

I have pinched Tony_Curry's post, (Hope you don't mind Tony)

It sums the current situation up perfectly!

"'Developing' strategy became 'Executing' strategy which today became 'Implementing' strategy.

'Shortly' just became real :-)"

An 80% dividend paid out to shareholders from the proceeds of a sale of EUA v1 would be fantastic,

Leaving 20% to be reinvested back into EUA v2,

All hypothetical at the moment as NO sale has yet been declared,

BUT, we know the sale is still ongoing as we have not been told otherwise by RNS!

4.4. The dividend amount shall be recommended by the Board.
The target dividend amount is at least 80% of the Adjusted Net Income.

4.7. The Directors may from time to time resolve to pay interim dividends to the shareholders
as appears to the Directors to be justified by the distributable profits of the Company.

So EUA v2' MAY' payout interim dividends in the future.

The above applies to normal dividends, and we know that if a sale takes place it will be classed as a 'Special Dividend' ...

Well done all, another great part of the jigsaw picture has been released....

Just accumulate as much EUA stock as you can afford, as one day this company will repay its shareholders for their loyalty many times over!

Just a waiting game with nothing but good news just over the horizon!

A dividend that repays you for the cost of buying the shares and some,

And the prospect of EUA v2 paying out future regular dividends,

What a great stock to be invested in :-)

Just put your feet up like Mac and the rest of the LTH,

This stock is such an easy hold and has so much give in return :-)
