He buys into a stock, EUA, then because some of his MORE experienced ( Grownup) investors have sold out at a profit, he thinks the end is neigh for EUA and panicky sells out at a LOSS, last Friday....?

So NOT now even being invested here, he spouts rubbish about more share dilution coming?

"with the listing on Russian stock exchange and the billions of new shares in issue"

Dual listing can come in many forms, BUT the company would NOT want to Dilute shareholders, as that would include themselves! (Their NOT Stupid)

This Dual listing is NOT even on the cards, just due to the Twitter comments doing the rounds, the company released an RNS to put the record straight.

"Eurasia Mining Plc ("Eurasia" or the "Company"), the palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium and gold producing company notes recent media speculation about a listing of the ordinary share capital of Eurasia on the Moscow Exchange, while retaining its listing on AIM ("Dual Listing")"

There are various ways this could be done, BUT, please note the wording of .... ' Listing of the ORDINARY share capital '

To me, that would mean a 'Cross-Listing' type of 'Dual-Listing'

Another way to list shares on several exchanges is to cross-list.

This is arguably the simplest method of getting a dual-listing.

In this instance, a firm just has to meet the listing requirements of a local exchange and show that it will be able to treat all shareholders equally. It can then list shares on that exchange.

The difference between this method and a dual-listing is that there are no separate legal entities.

All this talk of share dilution is just Robert the DiV trying to make out he knows the future when that path is the most unlikely one going!

The end prize for each and every investor holding EUA stock just gets better month on month, the astute and forward-thinking can see how this, now, Tier - 1 company, is going to be the jewel in their investment portfolio!

It is NOT a one-trick pony, it has diverse paths on the horizon, EUA v1, to sell off some of its assets to provide the cash to give shareholders a dividend (reward) for their patience! and then EUA v2, to provide future growth income from its Joint Ventures from nine more mines.

You just have to be patient to be rewarded .....

EUA is a great stock to be invested in, the BOD hold, and continue to hold, masses of stock!

A reassuring fact!

Whilst the company is pursuing a sale with a buyer or buyers, they have not rested on their laurels and have continued with the day job in continuing to grow the company by turning it into a Tier -1 player.

Yesterday, ACF released an updated flash note stating that after the latest part finished, the first of many to come, JORC reports, that EUAs intrinsic value now was at about £1.21 ....

We know the share price is currently disconnected, one day it won't be, and the true value will come out!

Investors have made big money by investing in EUA along the way, it is taking time to conclude this sale process, and no one denies that, but we have not personally tried selling a billion $ company during a worldwide global pandemic.

Those investors who have made their profit here will perhaps have moved on to pastures new to try their luck with another stock, and selling out here, being the sells you sometimes see posted up (There is no other reason to sell this growth stock unless you have made your money, OR need the cash)

I have tabulated 100s of posters names that are no longer posting here, and that presumably have moved on to try and make their money more quickly elsewhere on other stocks such as pharmaceuticals due to COVID?

I, personally like this stock where the BOD keep on underpinning and growing the intrinsic company value that one day will come out!

Lot's of JORCs are yet to come that will upgrade and increase the company's intrinsic value even further!

We get a great ACF update research note saying the intrinsic value for EUA is around £1.21 with what we know regarding the ONE part finished JORC report that we have so far received, and all the naysayers pop out of the woodwork just because the share price has not gone ballistic!

We already know there is a great chasm of a disconnect between the intrinsic value and the share price, and they all come out to try and rub it in!

The LTH all know their tricks, their not even any good at it! Selling out at a loss when there is NO reason to do so!

Yes, today's share price action is disappointing, but the company only keeps on growing, NOTHING to make you want to sell out!

The company just keeps on growing its juicy PGM and battery metal assets,

The disconnect between its asset value and the share price is plain for all to see!

One day soon they will realign and you don't want to be out of this stock and miss that great event when that happens!
