You invested in the company, and not in the share price, stop thinking negatively,

The company that you originally invested in has grown out of all proportions since then,

Are the directors selling, NO.

Are they building the company up? Yes.

Looking back on hindsight will only cause you more angst,

Just look at the company you invested in and how well it has positioned itself to deal with the modern PGM and Nickel requirements!

Just remember Stocks don't go up in a straight line and the 43p bubble was due to the 'get rich quick mob' jumping on board,

Is this company new, NO, it has been around for a long time,

We have endured a global pandemic and lockdown,

Don't give in just yet :-)

Another weekend of doubt sowing by the usual suspects!

The world is not a nice place, wars are still about religion or power, as they have been throughout history,

The Russia vs Ukrain dispute is not new, it has been going on for years,

After World War II, the western part of Ukraine merged into the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, and the whole country became a part of the Soviet Union. Ukraine gained its independence in 1991, following the dissolution of the Soviet Union.

Russia was not happy in losing Ukrain as so back in 2014 Russia started to invade and try to take it back!

And so Russia and Ukraine were at war in 2014 ..... Did the EUA share price crash back then?

If you don't already know the answer, it is NO, it did not!

As I say if you are worried take a look back to 2014 when Russia and Ukraine were at war ...

Russia controls most of Europe's gas supply, which is a much more realistic threat than EUA, but then on the other hand Russia wants to sell its gas?

Just trying to put things into perspective, this EUA operating in Russia worry has been a thorn in EUAs side since day one!

It has always been explained away as it has caused no problem in the past so why should it now?

I just pointed out where you are wrong, you yourself could have Googled Caterpiller and seen for yourself that they come with cabs on the side that you can't be seen from the video?

You are entitled to have doubts, and post your doubts,

You are NOT entitled to try and spread lies that can quickly be disproved by two minutes of Googling!

If you look at the Twitter video the Caterpillar Excavators are being brought into the compound on the back of low loaders, and so you only get to see the Right-hand side of the Caterpillar Excavators,

The standard configuration of Caterpillar Excavators is a cab on the left-hand side!

There are all sorts of posters on here, just as there are with real people in life, some are kind and just want to make some money by investing in a good company to help, improve, and ease the ongoing cost of living, or to provide a start in life for their children,

Then there are those, not happy to do it fairly, just wanting to grab what they can off others,

Use your built-in gut feeling to decide who is genuine in life, and who is just a scumbag trying to relieve you of your hard-earned investment here,

Many names come to mind, use your intuition to filter those types out, scammers are everywhere in life, trying to grab what they can.

Posters, who come here to post that they sold out on a past high, and will buy back in on a soon to be lower share price, are just arrogant t0ssers!

I admit I got the requirement for the placing wrong,

Why did I say it would not happen?

Because the company had previously stated they would NOT further dilute shareholders,

And because they had previously stated they would fund operations from organic growth going forward,

WHAT none of us envisaged was this curveball from out of the blue about nine more mines in a joint venture with Rosgeo, and the behind the scenes opportunity that was so good the company could not turn it down!

None of us minded that as it just grew the company .....

Just saying.

But if they were not happy would they not have pulled out of buying the assets?

We do know the sale is still ongoing, so I'm using some artistic licence to make sense of the current situation in my post,

If the sale was off, we would have to be informed,

As it is still on, the buyer must presumably still be happy?

Roger, you are a danger to real investors ....

If a company such as EUA has worked hard for years as a mining exploration company and has been approached from the outside to sell some of its assets, as they are deemed now to be very valuable, where they weren't so valuable in the past,

And this outside company has done its due diligence and is happy with the results, as has been RNS'd, do you really think the company is going to just sit around until it sells its assets?

No, it will carry on with the day job in expanding its portfolio of valuable assets, because it can, it has the connections and is in the right place at the right time,

If you had a valuable car, and someone offered you diddley squat for it, would you sell it to that buyer, no you would not!

The sale is still on, how do we know that? because EUA has NOT informed us, shareholders, otherwise!

The fact the company are just getting on with the day job just reinforces their standpoint of pay us the going rate for our assets if you want them,

Sale still currently ongoing, buyer presumable happy, price to be paid still being discussed/negotiated, ..... meanwhile EUA v2 has been mentioned to us shareholders, and forthcoming 80% min dividend of earnings has been talked about going forward,

If you are a weak-willed spinless investor who now has unfounded doubts about your investment here, just sell and go forth!

Until you can come up with ANYTHING substantial to back up your personal doubts, please don't come on here to just spread FUD, the rest of us here are happy with our investment decisions at present ....

EUA is a strong buy in my book, nothing but good news has the company so far released, so until that changes it will remain a strong buy by me!
