Er, sorry Spikey, are we getting our wires crossed somewhere, the date you have posted is correct at August 11th, I'm not disputing that I'm just pointing out to LL that we have an extension due to the lack of auditors and that would take us up to the 30th of September max for filing, you are correct with your date but of course, we positive actual holders expect everything to be sorted by then.

I hope you are well, this heat is just too much for me at night, thank you for your kind words and yes I know what you mean about the news, especially the BBC, they seem to have a knack for, well, just being annoying sometimes in taking the wrong side with their views and not impartial at all. yes, we will all have to be very careful with the new breed of Gremlins and not feed them after midnight.

LL sorry but do you actually read this board before you post, you are talking to spikeyj, the non invested one, and stating EUA can ask for a six-month extension to the deadline due to COVID,.... nothing wrong in your statement except for one thing....They HAVE already asked for and got an extension as has been verified by Crabby 08 yesterday, they hope to have the EOY results by the end of July and asked and got the extension just in case it was required, hope that helps in you thinking, good luck.

I think in all fairness we have all retorted back at you for some of the winging unproven remarks you have made against this company and its BOD, they were made at the time and NOT held against you, an olive branch was handed out to you to rethink your constant negativity but apparently to no avail, what do you want, to keep posting the same boring message or to rethink your strategy and If you are genuinely invested take a different approach towards the other actually invested investors on this board, it is your choice, as in the past if you posted a question we would all chip in and try to answer, but you post no questions now and just your negative opinion which wears down the positive stockholders, is that you aim to just wear us down? we cannot fathom you out, you are a mystery?

Spoken to EUA on the phone and the response I got is they are hoping to release the result before the end of July but the extension was applied for just in case.

Take from that what you will, I’ve always found confidence when speaking to the company directly.

Sorry if this topic annoys anyone but it is topical:-
On my travels today I drove along Southend seafront and it was heaving, the council have removed all the barriers along the seafront and reinstated all the car parking places, every car park I drove past was full up, the beach was packed like sardines with no social distancing in play at all, the pubs seemed to be closed but were selling beer in cans or bottles through the window, and groups of people were walking four abreast into other groups going the other way and not preempting and going around, the burger bars had done everything as per the socially distancing rules with no more than one or two persons permitted to enter and order but the people in the outside queue were not positioning themselves 2m apart.
The council had split the pedestrianised high street with a white line and indicated people must walk on the left-hand side as in the UK where we drive on the left, well I would say 20% observed that and 80% Just carried on as normal walking into people coming the other way as usual in groups or just transfixed on their mobile. Face masks had been removed and just laid where they had been dropped, no attempt had been made to bin or take home.
What a lot of dumb day-trippers and unfortunately Southend residents.
Just my observation for the day and I think that this second wave of COVID they are predicting may arrive sooner than expected the way the general public in Southend has behaved today.

Think I previously mentioned you would need to download the Telegram app first, but the problem is that you would not then be able to join the 'EUA mining chat' as that is a closed user group now due primarily numbers and to keep out any undesirables, I think the group is around the 250 member mark currently.

You need to put out a flyer for GMF78 and or BrotherJoey as I think they are the admin, but as I say I think the group is full to capacity at the moment.

They did provide a link so that a non-member could review their research (read-only) but I do not have that information, sorry.

Just ask GMF78 if anything is possible.

Any company can apply for and get this 3-month extension due to the difficulties of auditors getting to any company at this time, it is just a simple 10-minute online application and job done, nothing should be read into its request and issuance as it is available to any company similarly affected by this COVID disruption.

Thanks go out to GMF78 for updating us all here that due to COVID the accounts filing deadline has been extended by three months from the 30th of this month to the 30th September 2020, a disappointing but expected delay as the world is in turmoil at the moment due to this virus, this, of course, does not stop the company issuing any unaudited preliminary results similar to as they did back in 2017.

Fey Nark, does not seem to have fully grasped the fact that he is being played 'with' and thinks he knows more than A1ex and others, no hope with that one disruptive individual.
