Yes it is all coming together as planned Bob, and every positive poser has been vindicated for upholding their positive views this morning with a glorious RNS stating the for sale sign has gone up and UBS the bank, and not the delivery service :-) are involved, just a bit more waiting Bob, I hope the garden is coming along well.

What I have observed this morning is that the positives among us look at the RNS as just a confirmation of what we already knew from reading the past RNS and are delighted to have this confirmation today.

We now have some of yesterday's negative posters changing their tune somewhat and whooping this RNS, but not admitting that they were wrong and that we may have been right all along, interesting ....

Well, what a lovely RNS, all positive as per expectations of the positive holders, the negatives among us will have to try harder now as it is all there in Black and White in the RNS and very difficult to dispute, good times ahead.
