Someone has just given their opinion that a company like NN would not please its shareholders by spending lots of money to purchase our company and or just its assets. ... Why would they not be happy? ... They are getting the last non-consolidated alluvial PGM miner or its assets.

There are Intangible Assets. Intangible Assets are assets that have no physical presence.

And then there are :-

Tangible Assets. Tangible assets are any assets that have a physical presence.

I would have thought that anyone buying our rich PGM acreage would have purchased a Tangible Capital Asset that would have added to the intrinsic value of the purchasing company and not have any negative impact on their balance sheet to the detriment of its shareholders and done the complete opposite and underpinned their stock price because they have purchased an undervalued asset that has a 20+ year life?

Just me giving the question some thought...

Some Fantastic! news released yesterday by the company explaining in great detail what we (The positive Team) had been banging on about against the odds for some time, we said the company would get a new NOMAD in place by the due date and not to worry, and they did, we said sale discussions were taking place and NDAs would be in place and be the direct cause of the company's communication lockdown and they were, we have been attacked for our strong beliefs and upheld company faith and even described by some as a 'cult' for doing so.
We are all here to make some money and feather one's nest, if we can do that by investing in a good and honest company all the better. Shorting, and other ways of destroying company value are not on my list, I do my company research first and if that company ticks all my safeguards I then invest and expect to do very well out of this investment.

I wish everyone here invested all the best for a fantastic return, and I can say from my heart that I have on here meet some great genuine posters and do indeed hope to meet up for a drink somewhere?

Thank you all for the very kind words that have been bandied about towards me, it is very heartwarming and most kind of you but not at all needed, I have made virtual friends in making myself some money and only wish to return the favor if I can by supplying some practical investing logic and moral support when needed.

We are all one great bunch of investors just trying to beat the odds and make some money.
