You have highlighted some things and again drawn your own conclusion, first "as was the trouble of finding a new nomad" you are just guessing there was a problem, one resigned giving notice, which they would not have done if they were in any way unhappy with the company and just walked.
The new nomad did their due diligence but it took slightly longer than the company anticipated but was in place as they said on the due date.

The company never came close to delisting, if you walk up to the edge of a cliff you do not have to jump, same with this company, it was never going to delist, it was building new crew shelters and purchasing new trucks and plant, the fact the company used up all the available time to a deadline is not a reckless action at all, just good time management.

It is all in one's mindset if you think the company is doing wrong you will probably end up believing it, at the moment I think the original suspension just occurred at a convenient time and the company just kept it up, the COVID extensions are playing nicely into their hands and assisting, we know work is carrying on as normal, we have satellite imagery from A1ex to verify that and backup satellite imagery from Tony, we have flanks licenses, Tipil licenses, everything is slowly coming together and we are all, or should I say the positive holders are all thinking along similar lines that the company will release all this great information at the same time to reinforce the stock price and not let it fall.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion on how this is playing out and I have stated that some people now due to COVID and employment problems may need cash urgently, that is not mine or the company's fault as everyone is accountable for their own financial planning and should have planned accordingly if we listen to Matt he has sought a business loan since being short of cash and gambled it on more AIM stock, he appears to have got off lightly and not lost, but I don't think any bank would concur with his reckless actions and is extremely likely to be against the terms and conditions of the loan!

You have your view and I have mine, we will see who is right in the future.

Thanks for your considered reply, and I would agree with you regarding the rest of his post, yes no one foresaw a suspension for so long and with the added problem of this COVID virus causing mayhem with employment and cash being required urgently, it has caused problems for many I'm sure.

the viewpoint that Penguinz tried to portray is starting off with " don't see the problem that the board are creating for shareholders" as per the RNS run, this board did not start this problem, and that is the crux in blaming a company outright when it has done nothing wrong that can be proved up to this point, it was a social media 'presumed' tweet that started this off, not the company or its board of directors. so to blame the company for this suspension is wrong until it can be proven otherwise, and that is what is wrong with Penguinz post...

Penguinz, you posted, " They don't see things objectively." on the contrary I think you will find we do see things objectively, and you are the one that doesn't. ..

Ethio, how many more times, they have already reported to companies house, and they have an extension to the 30th of September, they will report final results before the 30th of September, the only thing we are guessing on is if a suspended company needs to RNS the fact that it has got this extension or not..

I have seven figures tied up in here ... If you include the decimal point.. :-)

Ethio, yes you see a lot of companies but are those companies suspended and that is the difference.

According to the London Stock Exchange, the six-month strike-off has been extended to 12 months:-

Under AIM Rule 41, "the Exchange will cancel the admission of AIM securities where these have been suspended from trading for six months".

The LSE has noted that in current circumstances, it may not be possible for a suspended AIM Company to address the issues it was required to resolve in order to lift the suspension. As such, the LSE has temporarily extended the "suspension period" from six months to 12 months – this extension only applies to AIM Companies which had their securities suspended between 30 September and 1 July 2020.

So we now have until some time in February 2021 before being struck off ..

Hi, Ethio, "How do you know there is a deal being done?" your wording may not be correct, what we do know is that the company is in discussions! ... we don't know it is a done deal or not, all we know is that discussions are taking place as per the RNS, we know no more than that..

Matt, I'm genuinely sorry your money is tied up, what more can I say than that, goes for everyone.

Ethio, Hi, today is not over yet so you are all jumping the gun with disappointment, we have until later in the day today before we can say that we have received no RNS...

Secondly, we all know the company has sought and been granted an extension, just go and look at companies house.

Thirdly, as per the e-mail replies from the company that have been issued today, they all state that we have been told as much as they can legally tell us, that should tell you something, the company still has its hands tied to what it can say.

Fourthly, the delisting date is the 11th of August so six whole working weeks away.

Just take a chill pill till nearer that date, all the best to you.

Yes James, as you say if we do not get an RNS today stating that an extension has been sought and granted it would be disappointing, but these are unprecedented times and I do not know if a company in the middle of a communication lockdown is obliged to inform the market of the simple matter of an easily granted COVID filing extension when it is clear for all to see at companies house. I honestly don't know, so just an assumption?

On the second point "hoping to settle our anxiety by the later half of 2020" Is that not just the same as saying in the second half of 2020, so any time starting from the 2nd July?

You have to realise, Drunkinftl, is a shareholder but has I think always posted negatively and to be fair, he has always stated as such, it is just his way, if he makes some money out of this then that is great, life has treated him badly and he bears a grudge for some reason or other, but he is not abusive or troublesome so he is entitled to his own negative world and I wish him well and hope he does make some money and perhaps, cheer himself up, he is his own boss...

when a company has its hands tied, for whatever reason and is in a communications blackout, any communication is by its nature just a matter of fact and you have to extrapolate to understand sometimes, so to me, the e-mail replies are a good omen..
