A99 - I certainly prefer, and try, to stay positive (It's by far my biggest investment) I can see how some can feel despondent though. But it's no help.
We must hope the relative calm surface belies some frantic (successful) paddling below!
That it seems we lost the case on such a trivial reason as the names rubs salt into the claim.
I've lost before, on AIM, so experienced...
Did sink the biggest investment ever, at + Million, so it hurts.
Commiserations to all LTH.
Still underpriced; in since 2012, need 92p to cover, so feel pretty confident unless the world wreckers (Putin to Hamas) succeed. GLA.
Connexion, I use Firefox + free Adblock plus, see very few.
An occasional problem, if I go to Bing or Chrome, I can't navigate for masses of pop-ups etc.
"They are all the same" favourite argument, always with a few nuggets of truth to cover the massive imbalance between voting for alternatives, against locking up or murdering any brave opposition souls...
I meant the Putin/Trump Duo, restrained by Xi - (a disappointment going from modern, if hard, reformer to Emperor)
Toffers, although just a long retired engineer, and modest PI, politics, esp. US, has been a long time interest, and I see Fox OAN, and Breitbart, as well as Reuters, AP, FT, New York Times etc.
I truly think any current GOP, but especially Trump, would be a calamity not just for them, but all Western Liberal Democracy - with all our flaws, Trump, even restrained by Xi, would set it back decades.
Toffers - I can't believe anyone doesn't realise TFG (Trump) was, and would be Putin's puppet. Also negotiated surrender to the Taliban; and the US is a top performing main country, after TFG (Like most Repubs) wrecked it by huge, (rich) tax cuts giving vast deficits, which they are still working through... Putin* has effectively engineered many attacks - say, through Iran/Hezbollah then Hamas, on democracy - and the unthinking masses are supporting him, so, yes, we are in trouble.
*Brexit/Trump early wins, with 7/10 smashing the slender chance of peace - though helped there by the Netanyahu criminals...
PS, selling a poor OEIC to buy 6,000 Glenda, December 2016 @ 283 means it's been good to me.
No point in these continual angry posts. I'm just an ordinary, modest PI buying on the basics.
No risk, no rewards. Suffered losses, made gains. Minus 79% today. 😐😐😐
PS - Can I gently suggest LT -" Language Tool" I find helps clarity?
No point speculating now. I always thought, hopefully, we would start making profits next year given all the recent news. I presume this is all genuine, and the BOD will be doing the sums re financing and will keep us informed. At 20% down on my total portfolio, it is painful, but not selling.
Best wishes to all LTH - have as happy a holiday as possible.
Having tried to digest other responses, now must wait. We will see the company's more considered views on Monday. Still a viable, successful concern, depending on the court affecting other patents, which I hope is unlikely. The court costs are a worry, again we will learn how much. Sad, but we are not alone in nursing serious potential losses. GLA LTHs.
LTH from 2016, my early average years, at 9p, now 6p.
Worried, even if all goes well, an early buy out of +300% would fly, and leave a lot of we LT believers well down on what always looked like a great company.
I'm not clued-up enough to balance a good engineer v good leader - both equally important IMHO. But I'm another "glass half full" guy, so we'll see.
Happy Christmas to all (We could be in Israel or Ukraine 😳😳😳)
