Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
LTH from 2016, my early average years, at 9p, now 6p.
Worried, even if all goes well, an early buy out of +300% would fly, and leave a lot of we LT believers well down on what always looked like a great company.
I'm not clued-up enough to balance a good engineer v good leader - both equally important IMHO. But I'm another "glass half full" guy, so we'll see.
Happy Christmas to all (We could be in Israel or Ukraine 😳😳😳)
Moniman - I am convinced the whole 7/10 was a Putin Plot to harm all democracies, so he and other dictators can point to our instability. The Arab ME peace initiative was a direct threat, and the best way was to do something SO monstrous Israel (and the West) would have to react - and our "Useful Idiots" took to the streets. Joining the Arab street in celebrating the horrors BEFORE Netanyahu moved. Smashed the strong, anti-Likud Jewish peace movement, too.
A bonus - the Putin/GOP faction stop Ukraine support. Possible get Trump back? Job done, democracy dead.
Appalling "My" Leftist tribe have mostly fallen; Muslim street hate Jews - their friends, did they but know it, in ridding them of Hamas.
And we've done it! Can it stand? We shall see, though I expect traders will take profits.
(In since 2012 at 264p but added at up to 420p about 30% down now)
I find these RNS' rather complex, but it looks as if their holdings have gone below 3%.
There seem 2 figures given, and they still hold 20+ million...

🤣🤣🤣 Oh Mucker - was your grandmother that ITMA character, Mona Lott? "It's being so cheerful, as keeps me going" from my schooldays...
Let us enjoy our moments of cheer...
Open - I have also learned to be sceptical as the pot of gold disappears behind the clouds. Yet agree there is a great story on the technical side. Hence, much more than anything else we have ever bought..
Also need 6p to break even. This time? :-)
"Forensic" - and you know this "disaster" how? It is a general rule that more progressive executives benefit countries generally, contrary to conservative scare stories. Same in the US - economics as well as ordinary people do better under the Dems than Republicans (including the rich too!)
Do you suggest we live in a one-party state, then? They don't have a good record. I (Labour supporter) tell the same to some of my fellows on the left. We absolutely always need a viable alternative to vote for in real democracies. Just now, in the USA, Trump/GOP is not - it's a major worry!
It's an unholy mess. There are no good actors in the ME - or good actions available.
A vicious circle, of the worst responding to their counterpart.
We all crave simple answers to complex questions; so emotion takes over.
Putin delighted his dis-information has stoked the blaze.
Not sure these BBs are the best place for political discussions; sadly, no different to most I see elsewhere. Much more heat than light, with many difficult situations - yes, Covid/Putin added to what were already serious headwinds. Aggravated by systematic dis-information by bad actors (ie Putin/Trump/Xi/Farrago etc) setting us against each other in many Western democracies (with all our flaws on display, unlike them)
Simple answers to complex - sometimes impossible problems? (ie ME catastrophe)
FWIW, here, a life-long Labour supporter who understands WE don't have a magic wand either, which I think Starmer knows. Just hope we have enough informed voters; The US has 70million who are not.
