Why don't I speak to the BoD about concerns Re: finance and accounts.

So I did, it was a very candid conversion (warts and all). Firstly, there was common ground, in terms of company performance - specifically in the area of contracts given the tech available.

Anyway, speaking specially about accounts, I have been absolutely reassured that the cash position is fine. N.B This was before the salary rns and before Igor buy incidentally.

Moreso, and probably more pertinent, I got the feeling that something is brewing, obviously, nothing disclosed and all guarded. But it was the feeling I got, so all in all, I'm satisfied that everything for now is on an even keel. I did mention one potential link and the response "we're focused on it"

Clearly, something needs to be signed, but for now I'm reassured. Think it is always important to not have a fixed viewpoint, and may I thank the person that said speak to the BoD, as they were very helpful and forthcoming

I absolutely agree with that Matt, excluding the reasons why we are here, which despite what people think, is for a reason.

The aim market is about turnarounds, this has the potential to do multibags with a singular contract. That's what we are looking for now, those buying at these levels could profit very well indeed, however as with all aim shares that's not without risk

I've had phone contact with Igor via WhatsApps pertaining to the banking facility "in negotiations, and hopefully sorted mid year". But never felt like I could specifically address the cash situation, Im not sure they would be able to say. They're not going to come out and say either way really, price sensitive information So I like to reserve contact for things that I feel that they can discuss.

No worries, for me the tech is there and should have been better deployed over the past 3 years, ultimately I think that the financials and sp validate this.

Riddler doesn't like the fact I quote rns and go through financials in extreme detail and quite often correct him. All that's left is for juvenile insults and pretending that he knows my financial circumstances

As with anything, read what everyone has to say and make your mind up. Definitely value buying down here, BoD optimistic about H2 EoY accounts rns. Good luck

Haven't had a contract. These have been the rumours, whispers and leads (Polaris, GSK, NASA). Yet all have been pushed as verbatim online, nothing RNS'd or official. Itrack the same with covid distribution.

People talking like covid is the reason, well if it is, why was the last decent contract signed Jan 2019?

It could turn with something that has been acknowledged in H2, that's the lokies deal. But if it's not RNS'd its just our in the sky and general chat

So to get rid of the debt, an order needs to be secured for approx £3mln, that's working on a 40% profit margin = £1.2mln to clear. That's just to get to zero balance, with the SaaS payments helping to make the company more profitable in the long term.

That was correct as of the last accounts, I believe that likely the debt is slightly higher than this given no contracts have been secured and no raise thus far. We would not get an rns to state the banking facility is no longer in breach

I believe that the sells today at a little over 0.7 are the lowest ever recorded. Contracts not really expected until H2, they need 2-3 contracts in H2 to really start moving forward. The Russian lokies and one other

There's been absolutely no correspondence from the company, either via official or non-official channels. This reinke association with cropx, is not guaranteed to have anything to do with starcom. Yet, it's banded around like starcom are at the heart of it. Until you see an rns, it purely hearsay. Too much of this nonsense over the years, this is the next big thing.

A much more pressing concern is the here and now, how much of the £250k is left from 31/12/20, from a company with no significant orders within the same time frame, who have never turned £1 of profit over a tax year.

Either with contracts and a sizable deal, or funding for the company. 4 months and nothing, only had 250k in December. Breach of loan facility, and losing on average about 1.2mln per annum

The guy who appears to be behind the tweeting from I track has been in their job less than a year, it feels like he's trying to increase exposure to me - not helpful, I prefer he is quieter and delivers more. Anything significant in terms of orders would have been RNS'd. There hasn't been any - that's a fact. People complaining about lack of rns. What do you want them to release? What if's, potentials and maybes? By that notion, reading online there should be an rns every other week, with all the "potentials" on Twitter and BBS over the yrs.

Even in the financials the BoD are optimistic about H2, for whatever reason, for all the posts about potentials over the yrs haven't materialised. Ask yourself why?

When people say "they will get it out as soon as possible". I disagree, in pharma, you want everything out "correct and water tight". As investors, the SP is the most critical thing, as a CEO getting CE mark water tight to become the leader in class is the most important. Perspective is everything. Trust your own research and have faith in your own investment strategy. Ps.... 10 years from start to market under ordinary circumstances, I know it's not a drug, but this has been rapid progress in pharma terms, just for a little balance

According to the accounts any decent/lokies deal looks like H2.

Overspurs - what a absolutely spot on post. I would disagree on the semantics about zero Vs cropx. I'm firmly in the cropx corner, quite a nice problem to have really. But some funding will be required and hopefully H2, they can deliver

They have $200k+ monthly recurring revenue at a low fixed cost of $30k per month, is true, but even factoring this they still lost on average £100k pm

Also a £1.25mln banking facility as RNS in April 2020 and also Grant's and government loans as per October 2020 is also true, however £739k has already been utilised and is currently in breech of the financial covenants.

So it's all about the detail, be wary of trusting unfomation given without context.
