Also consider, 1,000,0000 Israelis are already vaccinated, so the vaccine has largely been transported, so if star were involved significantly, then surely it would have heard about it "officially"

The company loses $1mln per year - net. That figure is likely to be higher this year with less revenues.

I nearly out a message on the other day about EBITDA being about $400k loss for the year from march (3 month countdown). I think that is now sorted for the immediate cash, but only buys time until April/may time when the corporation tax is due may 2021.

No point in talking about sp, better stick to the facts. Starting with the last trading update - stating "this caused many of the Company's customers to have reduced their activities since March of this year and consequently revenues have been hit significantly"

Let's work from there. last year they had a $1.1mln contract (none this year) and overall a EBITDA of about even and a net loss of $1mln. Generous revs will be approx EBITDA loss of $400k and net loss of $1.5mln.

When the BoD loaned the money there was $400k in the bank. Love the cropx and zero deals, but imo the SaaS payments don't fill the void covid has created. They will eventually though

There's been rumours from recent industry experts, there has been rumours of covid tracking, but best not to deal in rumours on this BB, better off sticking to the rns imo.

Incidentally, quite a number of vaccines arriving in the UK, No RNS stating that we are tracking, which one could infer that we aren't tracking as it would definitely be significant to the company. That may be conjecture though.

Cropx sells its sensors for $600. So i assume it takes 30% profit from the hardware. That equates to $700,000 in sales from the $500,000 raised. Selling them for $600 per head is about 1150 sensors,each one covers approx 40 hectors, which is about 46,000 hectares covered. Fat packet calcs, but they're roughly in the region, and probably an underestimation if anything

Yeah, that's the caveat, "a decent deal", obviously they may surprise us. I just think, that any decent deals on cropx/zero would take some time to show show and make a difference in the balance sheet. In the absence of a decent deal, it is clear that there is a glaring hole in the "fair" figures, but they maybe better or indeed worse than what I've surmised.
A worse case means shorter term finance will be required, a better may take us further into 2021 and therefore give more opportunity to land a deal to plug the gap. Risk vs reward and all that.
