I always do, but what were my concerns? Funding! Finances/banking facility. Coupled with underperforming sales since Jan 2019, given the quality of the tech at their disposal.

All absolutely legitimate at the time, even the BoD acknowledged that. So after an in depth talk with the BoD about finances, and how the banking facility can still be used, coupled with two "possible" company changing deals (India and lokies), it's outlook has changed. Investing 101.

I reduced my holding @1.025p (which if you can be arsed going back far enough, you will see I posted). If given the new info I decided to buy or not is immaterial, I come on here to talk about pros and cons objectively (without emotion)

When new info comes to light, a change of perspective is required. That can happen either positively or negatively, investing 101. But regardless of that, there's no need to be insulting, always stay level headed and not emotional

What I find interesting is, without the perceived negative posts (which were just honest views) I think there would be less confidence. I/we can categorically say if this lands, there is adequate finance in place to deal with it without dilution. Not sure you could have the same confidence without exploring all avenues

I think it all ties, the financial breech will be all sorted "mid year", along with still having access to the banking facility despite the breech (after a meeting).

It's almost like balance and questioning everything is good for bb's whilst discussing the pro's and cons

Also important to note, they are "also talking to the private sector". Certainly adding credence to the story. Here's hoping......

Fwiw.... When the BoD were talking about "we're focused on it", I believe that was probably in reference to I.Track.

I also link another conversation with the BoD to when the "in breech" of financial covenants will be sorted, answer... "mid year", couple this to the recent exposure of Dr. Reddy and I Track upping their exposure, I think fits a similar timeline

EoY financial rns stated"cautiously optimistic about H2", seems to tie with the "known" £2mln lokies potential deal imo

Add to the mix, "cash is okay", and slightly above all time lows.

Aim is all about turnarounds, from these levels, I don't see much/any downside (for balance - until the end of the year), so what can they deliver and how much within that time frame. Time to deliver, markets are there - no excuses

Don't get me wrong, I do stand by a lot of what I've said, I still think that the company have underperformed over the past 3 years. But, there are no immediate concerns, I know a lot are pinning their hopes on i-track. But I would not be surprised to be surprised. I get the feeling this is not the only one

I think you couple with 1-2-3 deals with organic growth from cropx, I think there is real upside now with little risk of dilution.

Something people may or may not be aware of, we know the banking facility is in breach, however they can still draw on it after a meeting. So if any orders to arrive, they still have access to the remaining balance, so still no raises required.
