Ah.. and the relief, I'm back to disagreeing with Riddler. To "expect" this year is optimistic, I would "hope" something would happen, but I think it's unlikely. Russia surely is the deal that pulls us out of the red this yr. But DHL revs in my mind start from next year, given their size and wanting an exact roadmap for other sites. It's how big companies operate.

Also with only $2mln, in revs for H1, I believe funding will be required. BoD backed last year, so I think/hope they will do so again. MR age is a major factor to ensure the company is supported - it has to be his last venture

Fwiw.... If/when the $2mln contact lands, that's 2/3 of the entire company, I see a multiple rerate on the back of it. Risk Vs reward etc.....

Riddler, when you say "extension on their banking facility", do you mean, increasing the borrowing or extending the term from the the original 12months?

If it is the latter, as we've already gone beyond that, then that is a given?

Say what you want draft, that's the point of these BB. I don't necessarily it myself (I don't see it benefiting the BoD over getting profitable) but I do see why it could be plausible. If the company delisted and went to purely SaaS only @80% profit and just allowed cropx, zero, Polaris to increase those profits YoY, the maintenance and upkeep would be nominal. The only spanner in the works is, lokies! That's the crown jewel that will/should propel the company to profit next year with DHL - "trialing in Singapore to role out across to other regions". Getting the SP to 5-10p by turning profitable is in the BoDs interest more, also Igor recently bought on the open market, which further tells me this is unlikely

I agree with a lot of your sentiment, for me a lot of frustration came from tetis, a well established product. Yet it has never delivered anything of note, we have bumbled around 5.5-6.5mln even with tetis. It's not new, thus they failed to deliver on it

Slightly more optimistic now because, 1) cropx growth isn't dependent on star delivering, 2) zero/Polaris isn't dependent on star delivering 3)DHL isn't dependent on star delivering. The key difference is, someone else is deploying the tech.

Add the $2mln lokies (this will lead to another $144k pa in SaaS too), I think that will buy enough time for the organic growth of the other 3 companies to drag star up. Would I be as optimistic was it not for that - No.

I think what Colin said was right (100% right) which echoed a lot of my frustrations and feelings, but I've said I think that the lokies russian $2mln deal is on the cards. I posted this from my chats with them previously, it's been RNS'd, but when they said "delivering something substantial H2" (which also ties with the rns. They also dodged the question about capital, which we will know in 4 wks. But given their history, they have been good on this front - so we will have to see. Worth keeping some powder dry just in case

Looking okay now. Ask is up too. Really less interested in the SP now, more interested in what's said in the AGM. It's always been stated this year, H2. Both in rns and from my conversations with the BoD. We're there now and to quote the BoD "cautiously optimistic" - which to be fair if the biggest ramp I've r ever heard from them ??
