So I watched & voted for the DHL awards, I also followed up with a conversation with the BoD about the DHL trials.

Firstly, when they announced the award the speaker said, "I can instantly think of a couple of projects that lokies would be useful for, then went on to mention California and Singapore". That could be in one avenue?

The initial trial with DHL was in the distribution hub in Singapore, and the trial was a blue print for other distribution centres (so trials at individual centres are not required), to how the lokies could be deployed.

Truth is we don't know, to be perfectly honest, I think it's a little too early for the DHL trials to be concluded, so maybe there's been an introduction. Who knows, but also, who didn't love a bit of sleuthing

The rns references container tracking, which is quite a mouth watering prospect, when you consider there are some big contracts from container companies, with DHL still in the pipeline! I for one can't wait to see the big reveal

I agree with this, I nearly went on to ramble about mcap which is obviously the overriding key component, so it could potentially still be a type blocker. In his original post, he talked about share holder value, if the SP is at 6p would investors see the same value, but obviously it's just the same pre and post consolidation. It's all psychological, but any slight improvement, whether that be real or fallacy, can only help when in negotiations. Not that I expect any big company to be fooled, it's about small margins in negotiating.

They appear to be dining at the top table now, so for me they're trying, that's the important element here. Previously business seemed stagnated, this is a cultural shift in the business, and for me exactly what it's needed.

Personally, I still see real value. Land 1-2 decent contracts and we'll be at £25-£30mln mcap.

9/10 I think you are bang on, usually it's about consolidate to allow more capital raise, however in this instance I disagree.

This is not about the pi, for me this is a driver aimed at B2B contracts. I'd imagine that sat across from a multinational negotiating a multi million contract, the elephant in the room would be, this company has an sp of 0.9p.

Rebranding and consolidation is about presenting a more comparable stature as the people that you're negotiating with. From a perception perspective, if a bigger company smells weakness, it would result in a lesser deal for us to.

I literally think it's got nothing to do with pi, I think we've moved into a new circle of business(es) and you need to be dressed and look the part on all fronts

The truth is, the company doesn't need orders "urgently", pi's that are over invested or underwater do. The company will rock along very nicely all the way through 2022 without funding issues and look to deploy the peptides for what they're intended. For the use of cancer treatments etc. Regardless of if one COVID test or one million COVID tests are sold, makes very little difference to the long term golden goose of the Ava trails are successful.

We all read the last few rns and we know that there are "substantial contract(s)" before the end of the year (hopefully!!).

Holding these levels whilst allowing the 10%ers out is really positive. Traditionally, this is when we start the climb back down. We're on Good footings to rerate on news. We're in November when we open next, with the tantalising prospect of at least one, possibly 2 significant contracts in the next 9 weeks.

In the light of this, and realistically how many trading days are actually left this year (it's November next week!) The time is nigh for cheap shares, but I don't play guess the sp.

If this/these contracts are there real deal, what that does is rerate the sp to a credible profit making company, as opposed to one that is essentially priced to fail.

That difference is absolutely crucial, this is based on guarantees, hesitant to use that word, but with this BoD I feel safe. Rather than speculation, good luck, very optimistic personally

Still early days, but it's been a hell of a long road! The goal is net profit, I've referred to a roadmap this year, it seems clearer than ever to me.

The beauty is, all of our products are reusable, for every $1mln ordered that equates to ~$450k profit, plus approx $72k annually thereafter. Now scale that up with multiple contracts on top of the SaaS that we already received.

We're on the right path to success

It was in the lead up to the Bosch collaboration, which took us all the way to 4p. Factor that was just a collaboration and no material contract news, this is going to be different, this is likely to turn is to net profit. Every goal of every company on aim

That was a great day, funding secured, optimism back, contracts (virtually) assured, plenty of profit, better volume, decent buys, all set up for a very good Christmas
