Hi Teddy - A good day for those here that bought yesterday, no doubting that. We all have our own risk profiles. Looking at your posts, you appear to go heavy on one or two stocks at a time and invest a lot of time on them. That's not my style, but I accept we're all different. I'm not bitter - I just don't rate the future prospects here as I once did. I won't sell as I don't like crystallising losses and ultimately the world is really unpredictable so something could still turn around. Ultimately, there are currently a lot of very solid companies going cheap. I'd rather buy solid and cheap, than risky and cheap.

I did! Still, will be happy to top these up if it keeps dropping to 4,000.

Maybe because they acknowledge they made a mistake buying it and aren’t so arrogant that they can’t admit it - and don’t want to try and suck others in to try to recoup their losses. Good luck with your 65p target. That’s about my break even price, and I don’t expect to see that any time soon.

There are so many good companies going cheap today, why would you buy this? This is a punt if all else is looking expensive. When there are so many dead cert returns elsewhere, this looks like a bad bet. Maybe worth another look once all the chaos everywhere else settles down.

I've done very similar Casapinos. Topped up on this, BP, LGEN (and also an investment trust, Pantheon International) this morning. Not topping up on builders though. Holding my wife's ISA allowance back for a week or so to see how things go.
