Wow, this really is the share that keeps on taking. Now they're blaming an unexpectedly fast take up of the competitor product after they have been banging on for ages about what little impact that was expected to have. Maybe they should have been more realistic with their published expectations! This was a cracker for me for some time - but that was a long time ago now, and this just seems to be getting sh*ter and sh*ter. I hate selling at a loss (and wish I'd sold earlier) but I have finally lost all confidence in this outfit. Shame.

Yes, it would have been much better to drag this out for years and years spending countless millions to procure an unknown outcome that will have no bearing in Courts based in other jurisdictions.

This is jizzing nicely along at the moment. China issues don’t seem to be knocking it back thankfully.

Any current thoughts on this one? My understanding was always that this is a quality outfit with a decent “moat”. What’s changed? Would be interested to know thoughts on where this is going. I’ve never bought these, but definitely putting on my watchlist.

Listed lawyers are a fundamentally flawed business model which only ever profit those who sell out at the outset. Why would any quality lawyer feather someone else's nest when they could feather their own? Plenty of better opportunities.

Usual update from CCR today. Bit of an improvement in distribution but underwhelming generally. So business as usual.

Nothing's changed as far as I can see - it's legit that the weather has been poor so UK clothes sales will be hampered and there's nothing the company can do about commodity prices like sugar. A continued strong hold for me.

Phuk nose. I’m stubborn as a mule though. The fundamentals of this business, the market it is in, and the opportunities for growth are all strong. It just needs a firm push in the right direction. I’m not convinced the current management are the right folks for the job - but hopefully some people with much deeper pockets than me will see the opportunities and have the firepower to move this.
