To be frank it would be crass stupidity for the Government not to purchase the best LFT in the world particularly when its made in Britain with British technology and IP. This fact must surely at some stage be all over the media. I think its up to AS to shout about it.

Having seen the graph showing how the protection afforded by vaccination drops off to 50% or less after 4 months and that the pfizer vaccination drops below AZ on quite a steep downward curve after that was I surprised to see the BBC graph stop at the 3 month point? Just a word on BAMS, HMG spiked that one, what with MPs apparantly wanting to get their noses deep into the PCR trough, the delay with BAMS testing appeared calculated to allow PCR testing to be established as the gold-standard, whatever the merits of BAMS. I hope this will figure in the Covid investigation. But BAMS is not dead, its earning and likely to de taken forward by Adeptrix and Bruker for various targets.

Regarding the AVA600 process, to my mind this will be very leaky, doctors, patients, relatives will all have an inkling way before year end. To my mind this suggests an RNS at an early stage along the lines of "progressing well with no contraindications".

One thing to keep in mind is that AVA6000 is not a new drug it is a pro-drug of Doxorubicin. The toxicity of Dox is well known so I suspect there will be ramping from the standard dose pretty much from the outset and pretty quickly it will become evident whether the concept works because folk wont feel horribly ill, as they normally do, after their treatment. Lets hope its a huge success for everyones sake but first and foremost for the cancer patients because if it works as predicted it marks a new era in cancer treatment.

Just a personal observation on case numbers. Throughout the pandemic I had few friends and acquaintances who contracted Covid. Now suddenly I have three. I have become very suspicious of the Government as a consequence of its actions throughout the pandemic and obscuring actual case numbers, given that most vaccinated folk do not end up in hospital, either through incompetence or design does not seem out of bounds. Never thought I would actually say that.

Quite right Energy. The least that can be said on the LFT front is that Avacta has developed a world beating product using Affimers and big pharma knows it. AffiDX is established and will address a range of targets going forward so Avacta has grown a diagnostics business essentially overnight and of course the AffiDX SARS-CoV-2 Antigen LFT will sell in numbers and every one sold is more cash in the bank. Patience needed is all.
