Really do appreciate what you are saying mrgez it’s sickening to be sitting on such losses, the past year has also seen continually big spreads with a small market size making decisions to sell and in any large volume really difficult along with believing any news was never far away and then getting left behind the day after you sell.

Yes, there are many successes out there but just not in the copper space. If you do believe in the copper demand story then Xtr will have a good if not better chance as any with quality, highly prospective exploration assets in Zambia to get a return on our investments.

I would say that it wouldn’t have mattered what news was drummed up to try save the share price throughout the past year it would still have ended up where it currently is now.

Bushranger was carrying shareholders expectations and I’m sure the companies too. The dissapointment of not yet attracting further equity funding or a buyer is a set back but BR ‘is’ a quality asset and with an outcome of current ongoing optimisation could allow a decision to take BR onto Pre Feasibility which would carry a big endorsement and possibly then open doors.

Anticipated revenue range in year 2 of production at Nalunaq for the casual observer and lurkers that must be looking on.

They expect 40-50k recovered ounces produced from running up to current nameplate capacity of around 300t per day over roughly 300 days of the year. and from a head grade of under the $15g/t historically mined. But the hope is that grade will exceed that in reality, with gravity circuit recovering 80% then final recoveries of circa 90-95% after final flotation.

As Nalunaq deposit is very high-grade and has previously demonstrated a low all-in sustaining cost, making it high margin. The latest AISC estimates range between US$725/oz to US$910/oz.

So even gold at $2,500/oz and working on the highest estimate AISC of US$910/oz for a conservative 40,000oz processed, should give a ‘minimum’ return of US$63m pre tax in year 2.

Upping the parameters to highest range of 50,000 recovered ounces, lowest AISC of US$724/oz and gold sales at $3000/oz returns just shy of US$114m pa pre tax so should expect revenue to be anywhere in between if the mine works within expected parameters.

What we have seen over last few years across AIM with billions having being wiped off company values in a relentless downward spiral, the resource sector hit particularly hard. Even profitable companies with attractive growth prospects have been pulled down to what are now in many cases extremely attractive and compelling buying opportunities that at present don’t reflect in current sp levels. Trying to put a sp value from activities across XTR assets is a waste of time while we have this continuous pessimism across the market.

I think now is a really good time to make the most efficient use of xtr time and funds to develop and increase asset values while drilling crews, assay labs and other technical roles can be procured cheaper and at our own pace without being under a controlling partners timeframe to position themselves for ‘when’ the market turns and be way ahead of most of their peers who most have had to park up projects without access to capital. Hundreds of lifestyle companies will collapse, remainder will have no money or news to deliver.

This volatility will likely continue for a while yet. The market is 5hit so just consider it closed and forget the share price

Bezant could very well mine it themselves through equity funding, but there are huge risk burdens that will come with it through development and then mining. For example, just because metallurgy suggests clean separation without penalties, it is not until it’s dug up and processed that any nasty surprises could be revealed. Could BZT afford to leave itself and shareholders exposed to all the risks along with carrying a 15-20% cost contingency.

A royalty similar to Manica would be the most obvious I think if BZT don’t want to take on the risk burden or stump up any Cap or Op costs. Where XTR were concerned a net profit royalty allowed for a larger scope of costs to be deducted by NMP which could have included capital and financing costs before the royalty was payable, opposed to a gross royalty. The MMP plant already had $11m spent on it and was the key reason supporting the rationale of XTR agreeing their particular Collaboration Agreement and royalty as MMP where in a stronger position. So BZT could potentially negotiate a gross royalty which would be simpler with a better return.

The Empress royalty from Manica is totally different as is a royalty ‘stream’ as they provided up front funding in return for an agreed percentage of production.

Careful what you wish for, BHP had a dual listing and delisted from the Ftse100 in ‘22 to go back to a more unified corporate structure based solely on ASX

Even having to give away 80% of the NPV it is still multiples of current market cap.

Could it even go down same route as Manica where BZT would then receive a percentage of pre tax profit or take a royalty? This way they do not need to stump up their percentages of development or ongoing operating expenses as a JV partner.

Yes big risks, big rewards were his words, he’s not a clairvoyant, do you or anyone believe it is going to be handed to you on a plate. You have to own every decision you make and fully understand whatever you are buying into off the back of your own DD

I 100% do if I wasn’t happy with the fundamentals and didn’t believe I could make money I would sell and put my money into my next prospect that I felt could. We are in the single most volatile sector in the market with exploration by far the riskiest.

If it means anything his team do have strict criteria for the companies that want to work with them, they will only work with companies that have at least a reasonable chance of delivering substantial returns to shareholders. But won't work with companies which exist solely to enrich their directors, or who do not treat their investors with respect.

In terms of the specific accusations around PR getting paid - everyone is, nobody works for free. That includes ShareTalk, StockBox, The Sunday Roast, UK Investor Magazine, Total Market solutions - everyone. The Roast do put out disclaimers, I have them on MININGAIM and the Substack, not sure what else they can do. Anyone doing PR and not getting paid will doubtless have bought shares on the low to sell on the high - that's fine (sort of, as long as you disclose), but the bottom line is nobody can do PR full time without generating an income.
