5 yrs I think is reasonable but from a minimum perspective. The current growth strategy is to first and foremost, develop a generational gold copper mining complex in the paterson.

Once those further key growth opportunities are established to a high degree of sustainability and profitability I believe any dividends will not be a consideration up until then.

Never tire of skimming over that CP, another key point to consider that is a reason to buy into ‘ANY’ company is when the CEO buys on the open market of which he has done just recently with 300k at 69pp equivalent.

Also need to consider that the combined operating strength and access to shared data at group level was probably one of the contributing factors that led Cooperlemon to decide to partner up with Colin Bird and his companies ahead of one of the majors that have already worked with Cooperlemon.

Changes at the top could have far more reaching consequences to that current dynamic unless Colin’s role ‘across the group’ was taken over by Martyn Churchouse when Colin steps down.

The current group strategy is essentially now focused in Zambia and centred around the ability to share data, personnel, geologists with all associated cost savings to advance the projects and positioning at group level that would ultimately lead to having a stronger set of projects in each of the companies tenure. How would this relationship continue to work harmoniously, having installed dedicated CEO’s in GLR and XTR

For instance, surely some sort of collaboration agreement would then have to be set up between XTR and GLR for starters so those new CEO’s own interests are protected. The primary responsibilities of a CEO include making major corporate decisions, driving the workforce and resources of a company toward strategic goals, expanding the company and driving toward profitability in the case of both companies. AFP is a little different being under the constraints of their JV partners. So there would most definately be a conflict of interest having seperate CEO’s unless they were just puppets then what would be the point of that?

Yes is a compelling strategy to position for future M&A . I agree with you on this initial development phase, as the primary asset, until it is commissioned, other avenues cannot grow. Positioning for prime M&A would then involve pushing asset values as far up the value curve so growth would be of paramount importance following ramp up to capacity. Still think we are looking at a 3-5 year run to see the company reach the next phase of its evolution as a company. Majors generally buy success, with guaranteed ore reserves and proven fundamentals from across asset portfolios. That’s what I hope they are trying to attract.

Of course, it also has a fine suite of highly prospective exploration tenement area to feed the modular designed plant that can increase mill size and flotation capacity for longevity of mine life. Would command premium price tag.

The most difficult part of investing is planning and sticking to your exit strategy I always find. I’m a sucker for letting it overrun. Already I feel a bit sentimental about AMRQ, but gave a positive feeling will do really well over 3-5 years

Hi MH I would suggest the debt facility would be necessary to secure the funding for development of Hav as would require funding up front in place to cover all contractual obligations for the foreseeable development and contingency costs. Telfer free cash flows are expected to part-fund the capital expenditure required to complete the development of Havieron

This is a really good discussion board, because of the differences of opinions. I think it’s really important for there to be challenges, from company strategy to individuals posts, particularly when they are presented as facts. There is a wealth of knowledgeable members here to dispel any myth.

The John Cornford MI article is a reasonable assessment at this point in time ‘prior’ to the Hav DFS.

That is so true, PI’s are not going to deliver the kind of liquidity and demand for shares alone, that will increase and sustain the market capitalisation to some of the heady levels that have been touted for over the next year or two.

It is not an increase in value of any asset that drives the share price it is simply, good old fashioned supply and demand for shares that will.

But investors new and old that see the potential and position themselves now, that are not as risk averse, accumulating when they see share value along the way, will benefit from greater returns when that time arrives.

The opportunity to make money along the way is going to be handed to us all on a plate over the next couple of years.

They know the high grade trend extends NW through data correlation from holes 9 and 7. This high grade strike extension theory is backed up with geological data and will potentially add high grade tonnage to the open pit studies.

These grades will certainly be worth drilling for and will be within open pittable depths

Drill hole BRDD-21-009 returned a very wide intersection of 448m @ 0.30% CuEq from a depth of 272m (see Table 1) including:

§ 155m at 0.44% CuEq from 343m

§ 35m at 0.61% CuEq from 363m

§ 28m at 0.54 % CuEq from 470m

  · The results from drill hole BRDD-21-009 indicate that the mineralisation intersected in hole BRDD-21-007 (see RNS dated 7 October 2021) increases in width at depth, while the higher-grade intervals correlate extremely well from hole BRDD-21-007 to hole BRDD-21-009, indicating good continuity of the higher-grade copper zones.

  · As with the results for BRDD-21-008 (see RNS dated 28 September 2021), a gold-rich zone was encountered at 630m depth which returned an overall interval of 8m at 0.85 g/t Au and best gold result of 2m at 1.92 g/t Au from 634m.

So drilling would continue along a known mineralised corridor, yes still have to hit it but will not be totally hit or miss.

Try to look at it that whilst the company wait for say a USD12k sustained copper price to see a decent margin over the current 10k breakeven for BR. The company will concurrently try to reduce that breakeven price with this ongoing work that could ultimately bring a sooner big ticket event outcome closer so there is nothing to lose while we wait and everything to gain.

Many would agree with Andrews opinion on a timescale now, including myself. My hope is within that time, they can still complete a short drilling phase to add more high grade to the early mine plan to improve economics further and increase the NPV.
