Does anyone have any experience in claiming back tax from Irish Inland Revenue ? I know there is a special form UK citizens have to fill out - but does it take long once you have sent the form to Dublin ?

Losing such a case would be an absolutely worst-case scenario.

If the Ukr authorities wanted to crush Fxpo, they could have done so with the other, very recent, court case bought against the company.

Nor need legal proceedings necessarily drag on: the claim might be struck out before it even takes off.

Ukraine wouldn't dare scare off foreign investment ! It would be akin to shooting itself in the foot - or both feet.
