Early July QED infomed me they expected to have an IMC call once they are able to discuss further prtogress in the projects. Obviously there has been no further progress and therfore no communication.

Jez...Considering the delay is now 10 months I very much doubt this has impacted the delay.

On another note I recall once JM said something along the lines that with MSC's legal team being busy we are not top of the pile.MSC is such a big company their legal team will always be busy so with that logic the trial will never happen.

No as they will announce the outcome of the trial when it is complete.

Wonga...They have had many months to prepare for the Morocco trial so if there is a delay it sums things up for us. We were originally told this trial was planned to be complete in Q3.

I would expect the IPO to be very succesful with quite an uplift on the SP. Meanwhile the QED Sp will be in the doldrums.

It would be interesting to see what timelines they have for the Utah project over the next few years eg No of wells being drilled in 6 months 12 months etc.

Barking totally agree on your Utah summary. I would add if we have no news before the AGM then sub 1p is on the crads.

IMHO.

The SP is now under 1.5p. With the expected gloom from the results and lack of any news I can see this going under the open offer price of 1.25p.

Dustoff..you may want to ring JM and correct him then as in the directors talk interview he states the below :

'Once over 100 barrels are extracted and sold Valkors financing partners will release another round of funding in the tune of around $14m'

Crownos...They also need to sell 100 barrels of oil for the funding to be trigerred. Finding a customer could take time.

Tecky...good point and you could be correct but no doubt there will still be no news until the results are announced.

We should have the final results and IMC call next week so time to get your questions ready. I wonder what the rreason for the delay in the MSC fuel agreement will be this time and what the counter get's to for the number of times JM states imminent.

SJS and of course you will be over positive and misleading investors with false optimism. Just like your sidekick that posted JM was so excited in a recent interview he mised his words up. where in fact it was just poor presentation. We know for a fact the trial is just with MSC.

Kolonik...I thnik you will find the supposed trial is with one shipping company which is MSC.

It amzes me year after year Budd Darr spouts on about new green fuels at seminars etc but nobody asks him the simple question. Why are MSC not trialling any of these new fuels ?
