I think the logical posters know the answer to that question.

Two weeks from today which will be the 22nd October will be the 20th year since Quadrise was incorporated. Not a lot has happened in 20 years apart from long termn investors being a hell of a lot older.

46G They also state the below regarding Morocco :

'Preparations for a 30-day commercial trial at OCP's Jorf Lasfar site are now underway and in parallel Quadrise has opened discussions with candidate suppliers for long-term commercial MSAR® supply with a view to signing term supply agreements following successful trial completion.'

So they are currently preparing for the trial and when it actually starts it is 30 days long yet they expect the trial to be complete in ealy Q4. I would say more like mid to late Q4..

Prep - I have just checked and you are correct.Looks like over 15 years of being a Quadrise shareholder has finally taken it's toll.

Basherman...Q4 is only 2 1/2 months due to xmas so they would need to sign the deal this month IMHO so they have time to get the equipment and fuel etc ready at Mac2 to start the trial ealy Q125.. The chances of that happening are very slim.

Basherman... I recall Quadrise stating they had completed their part of the MSC Fuel agreement so I assume the delays are due to MSC and from memory below is the timeline delays MSC have given

(i have used MSC in some of the wording as they would have told QED this)

Nov 23 QED state they expect the agreement to be completed in December.

Jan 24 We are told the MSC fuel agreement is expected in Q124

Mar 24 Two days before the end of Q124 MSC state they still expect it to be complete in Q124.

May 24 MSC state delayed due to religious holidays (Did they think easter holidays were cancelled this year!!)

June 24 QED state further delay but will not impact start of trial

July 24 MSC state they expect it to be resolved soon

Aug 24 MSC state a couple of issues to be resolved.

Sep 24 QED state this needs to be agreed ASAP

We are now only one month away from the AGM a year on from when we were told it would be in December. This is why some of the logical posters think that MSC are playing Quadrise.

A comprehensive report but no material progress in any projects. Show me a QED RNS this year that shows significant progress in any project.

Basherman...they couldn't get the MSC Fuel agreement signed in the last 10 months so for it to be signed in the next 7 weeks is very unlikely. If you look at all the delays it looks like MSC are playing Quadrise.

You have to wonder what made the BOD decide to have no IMC call this year after the final results and no option of viewing the AGM by IMC this year.

The Orns...I agree and would expect sub 1p if no news before the AGM.

I predicted an SP of 1.25p after the results as further delays were obvious.It looks like it's heading there.

You may want to note these 'whinery members' have been the most accurate on predictions of project milestones.

No I won't be as each AGM is like a template. The only question I would be interested in is what has caused the delay in the MSC fuel agreementbut but i very much doubt JM will elaborate. I expect at the AGM they will state they expeect the agreement to be signed by Xmas and we know what that means.

Quadrise also gives notice that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12 noon on 22 November 2024 at the Park Plaza County Hall Hotel, 1 Addington Street, London, SE1 7No mention

No mention of viewing the AGM via IMC this year.

We usually have an IMC call after the final resulrs. I assume no call as not much to talk about.

The final results are due in abourt 2 weeks. I expect we will be told the below :

MSC fuel agreement - still in discussions but imminent

Utah - samples to be reeived are imminent

Morocco - start of trial imminent. Delay due to customs etc etc

Everything ekse - imminent

This would be standard for Quadrise.

Early July QED infomed me they expected to have an IMC call once they are able to discuss further prtogress in the projects. Obviously there has been no further progress and therfore no communication.
