Stating out of their control is a nice backup to have but when you read the below timeline with the delays it makes you wonder :

(i have used MSC in some of the wording as they would have told QED this)

Nov 23 QED state they expect the agreement to be completed in December.

Jan 24 We are told the MSC fuel agreement is expected in Q124

Mar 24 Two days before the end of Q124 MSC state they still expect it to be complete in Q124.

May 24 MSC state delayed due to religious holidays (Did they think easter holidays were cancelled this year!!)

June 24 QED state further delay but will not impact start of trial

July 24 MSC state they expect it to be resolved soon

Aug 24 MSC state a couple of issues to be resolved.

Sep 24 QED state this needs to be agreed ASAP

I very much doubt there will be a seperate RNS regarding the samples. Once the funding is complete and payment is made to Quadrise we will then get an RNS which will include details of the samples.

Maybe the next RNS is that they have started building the yacht.
