MSC Bremerhaven is now in dry docking.

MSC Leandra will leave the Suez Canal today and head to Antwerp where she is due 22nd June.

MSC Bremerhaven is moored up in Changxindao right next to the dry docking station where MSC Leandra had her refit. Let's hope she goes into dry docking and is part of the trial.

We are due an IC in Q223. I get the impression there will be more news shortly before the date of the IC is announced.

Does anybody know how we can find out the outcome of the hearing on 28th June as I recall it will not be shown by livestream unless this has changed since ?

I suppose we can grant JM some slack after the recent RNS's but we still need tangible movement on projects.

to HSO’s supplemental exhibits and; iii) set June 21, 2023 as the due date for filing the Division’s response to HSO’s Request for Agency Action. In the event that the Board requests a hearing on the merits, all parties’ additional rebuttal exhibits are due by August 11, 2023 if the hearing is set for August 23, 2023 or are due two weeks prior to a hearing on the merits scheduled prior to August

Hopefully MSC is supplied by Cepsa as JM stated the ongoing talks are with a current supplier to MSC.

Damac on advfn is a digrace for telling other shareholders how TOM would become good etc etc and then as the SP starts dropping over time you don't hear of him. Disgrace of a human being.

No thr project news we were hoping for but should keep the SP above 1p.

Regarding funding Quadrise stated in the interims :

'However, directors are confident that additional funding can be secured based on the expected passing of project milestones, and these accounts are, accordingly, presented on a going concern basis.'

So as of right now they will not be confident as no project milestones have been passed. Dilution will not be in the SP.

AKHM...the issue is those that are selling probabky think the Morocco and MSC trial will never be completed and you can't blame them.It is disaster after disaster.

46G..regarding your email and providing an update yestreday i was told by Quadrise that all material news is out to the public domain so I expect no progress has been made on anything.

46G...i think the issue now is that many shareholders do not believe a word they say.Everything regarding projects seems to be a disaster. We are 3 weeks away from the project milestones rolling over for 8 consective quarters.It all seems jackanory.
