Techyrob..yes he did say that but the bottom line is both fuels are not ready for the trials. If these fuels had been ready the POC would be completed and our fuels would be used as the MSC Leandra sets off to the states shortly.

The bottom line is MSC are more or less ready to start the trials but can't as QFI do not have the fuel they agreed to supply for the trials (including the POC).

How I see it is that QFI have caused a cashflow issue at this stagein time due to them causing delays :

1/ Morcco - made schoolboy errors such as not taking spare parts that have delayed the trials for months

2/ MSC - preventing the MSC trials starting by not getting the the fuel agreements for the POC and actual trial

agreed. We have been told all year they are progressing but still nothing agreed. If you tell MSC you will supply the

fuel you god darn make sure it is ready for supply on time.

It also seems that Woodoo (or whatever they are called ) are out of the picture even though they can participate at the August meeting.

The speculation that Cepsa was at the meeting last week to sign a fuel deal and that JM was off to Gothenburg for the HAZOP test all came to nothing, More accurate speculation is the investors call his week will finish by midday so that the QED team can watch Wimbledon in the afternoon.

Totally agree his credibility has been shot for a few years now. The staggering thing is he probably doesn't think it has.

The open offer document states :

So Feb 2024 minimum plus we should have the $1m from Utah.

Regarding JM saying about giving the shareholders a good deal with the offer I suspect that is nonsence and it is just about the companies survival.It wo.uld be a good question to ask on Wednesday

We are told the HAZOP test will be completed early Q323. MSC Leandra leaves Felixtowe on 12th July and I think she then heads to the states (correct me if i am wrong) so hopefully the HAZOP test is completed this week.

70% is no suprise to me. I have lost count of the number of open offers there have been with the BOD stating we have never been so close to going commercial. I am looking forward to Vince's questions to JM this week.

MSC Leandra has left Gothenburg and is now heading to Bremerhaven where she arrives sunday afternoon. I don't think we have any idea now when the HAZOP test will take place.
