Why would you state this when JM stated if it is not in July it will be in August ? Or perhaps there is some sarcasm there.

46G...It sums up their performance which has been absolutely schocking. We go through the same motions every quarter which is an update where we are told X is imminent and Y will be completed but nothing actually happens.

Simpleinvestor...you are 100% wrong. Non Exec Directors are not classed as staff in company accounts figures. This is why in most accounts you often see 'Other director costs'. i|n most cases they are not even classed as employees.

NED's are not classed as staff so are not in the staff wages toital in the accounts.

I have highlighted the average salary is too high in my opinion.We all have opinions.Let's move on.

Dustof...you need to note the following key points :

1. There are some low skilled staff also.

2. The NED's salaries are NOT included in the total figure.

3. If there are any employee benefit payments it will be a very low amount.

The average salary IS a helpful number. Ask any accountant or CEO of a company. and they will confirm this.

Blackwash....If you look at the average salary in the UK and multiply it by 2 it is less than £73k!!!!

For FY22 the total salary cost excluding social security and pension costs was £836k. If you deduct JM's salary of £251k this gives you £585k. In FY22 there was an average of 9 staff (2 management and 7 technical) Taking out JM that leaves an average salary of £585k/8 = £73k. This is far too high in my opinion.

If you look at the bigger picture as we know for the last 2 years the project milestones have just moved from quarter to quarter. At £230k per month this has cost £5.5m and we have still not completed a trial.

I think all the above sums up the company and it is far from impressive. They need to turn it around sharpish.
