Hi, Fyoz. They are not going to be using a refinery for the trials (likely for the reasons you have mentioned), instead the plan as outlined by JM was that they will use a terminal and likely HFO or similar as a substitute for resid during the trials. That will expedite the process significantly as they won't need to wait for an annual refinery maintenance slot.

JM claimed they had secured and validated the necessary glycerine supplies, and now it is a case of selecting a terminal with the necessary permits for biofuel blending, storage, bunkering, etc.

Fyoz....the trial is due to start next year as in 2024.

Fyoz..yes and JM told us over a year ago that this was close to being agreed. It is sown to Quadrise to get this fuel agreement agreed.

Fyoz I have explained this to you before so maybe you want to write the following down :

the fuel agreement is holding up the trial and under the framework agreement QED are supplying

the fuel.

I don't think we are following their timetable as JM stated the fuel agreement is holding up the start of the trial.

It makes me laugh that you get these posts stating moaning boring etc just becuse they are negative posts about the company. The reality is that with all the delays this is negative and they are getting closer to running out of cash.

There isn't exactly anything to jump for joy for!!!

As we now know the Morocco trial will not start this month we will go into the 10th consecutive quarter where project milesones have moved into the next quarter. I wonder if our chairman will partly blame the delays due to the Ukraine war as he did last year!!!

Vince..I am sure it will work,Somebody kept posting on here that there was not enough methanol and it was all PR from Maersk. It looks like they were very wrong.

We were told the permits for the Utah pilot wells should be approved early September. I am wondering how we will find out if they have been approved.

18 August RNS - A replacement pump of alternative design is being expedited to Morocco for installation later this month. The trial is now expected to be completed in early September.

12 September - A Quadrise team is now on site installing and commissioning the replacement pump. The trial will re-commence at the next available client production window now estimated to be early October 2023.

JM originally told us they get 1 to 2 weeks notice for starting the trial. Going by the dates of the 2 RNS's the estimates seem more like a hope. It would not suprise me that in October we get a further delay announced as we have all year.

I always remember at the last AGM JM was asked along the lines of 'Do you have an actual date when the trial will start in December ?'JM replied 'It is scheduled for December'.He was asked again 'Do you have an actual date ? JM replied 'It is scheduled' Now why did he not just state 'yes we haave an actual date' We are now not far away from the next AGM!!!

At this rate in about 12 months time he will not have a salary as further delays is just hampering the future cashflows.

The bottom line is that when JM stated he expected the trial to restart in September he was just staing this to please shareholders. I am beginning to think his middle name is jackanory.
