If we have no positive news this month it looks like we will end the month around 0.5p IMHO. This would require a 150% increase to get back to the open offer price.

Wonga...the Morocco trial was expected to start early October so could be complete very soon. Saying that it was expected to be completed early September but we were told the commercial unit was closed for maintenace. It seems odd to me that QFI did not know it would be closed for maintenance as this is usually planeed weeks or months beforehand.

Let's hope so AKHM but many of us have been hoping for over 15 years.

AKHM...I agree thr SP is more or less priced for the company to go bust and this is because as time goes on with no positive project news the credibility of the BOD decreases rapidly. To put things into perspective you may well recall about 2 years ago two posters stated they had sold their shares of about 6m in total i think it was because they didn't think the company would be able to complete the project milkestone timelines. As of today still none of those project milestones have been achieved. I think JM shying away from this quarters IMCcall sums things up,

AKHM...I rhink they will be very concerned if the SP is 50% down as this shows the confidence in the company has deterioted even more. The reality is the company has not delivered for years but the big question is will they in the next few months which are critical to the companies survival.

Barking...it needs an 80% increase to get to the open offer price of 1.25p.

'Once technical approval is received (expected by Valkor to be in early October 2023), Valkor plan to commence pilot drilling at the PPS in October 2023 and in parallel submit Underground Injection Control permit applications for the subsequent injection of steam for enhanced heavy oil recovery.'

Where they mention techinical approval I take this as the permits being approved.

Stockcheque...Ww were originally told the drilling permits would be approved in September then this was moved to October. We still do not know if they have the permits. I assume there is a non public meeting by DOGM to approve these.

Wonga...the latest RNS is the results published this week. Even though in one paragraph it states 'to be completed by October' I am going with the paragraph 'early October'.

From the results RNS this week :

The trial with our customer in Morocco is anticipated to resume in early October 2023 after a series of technical delays caused by feed pump problems, with commercial discussions then to take place following confirmation of a successful trial.

We could have news as early as next week.

Fyoz...Why do you think the SP went down today with all this expected good news ?

We are due an Investors meeting call around about now (as end of quarter) which could of been announced in todays's results/AGM rns. It would appear there will be no call as there has been no material project progress.

In July 2023, the Company announced that it had raised gross proceeds of £1.94 million via a placing of new ordinary shares in the Company and subsequent open offer to qualifying shareholders at an issue price of 1.25 pence per share. The funds raised will, together with receipts from contracted but conditional payments in respect of the Company's Utah project with Valkor, enable the Company to continue to finance its projects through to mid-2024 and thereby to achieve further milestones that add shareholder value.

We have gone from Q324 to mid 2024 for some reason. and heavily relying on funds from the Utah project. The pressure is on them to start delivering or it is game over in 9 months time.

Hopefully it is not another AGM where JM continuously says 'we expect to announce that by Christmas' as we all know it never happens.

We were originally told the Valkor permits to drill would be approved in early September. We now have the below in the results :

· In December 2022, and on behalf of their project partners Heavy Sweet Oil LLC ("HSO") and AC Oil LLC ("ACO"), Valkor submitted a pilot drilling development plan to the State of Utah's Board of Oil, Gas and Mining (the "OGM Board") and the permits for this were awarded subject to technical approval by the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining (the "Division").
